Don't go in to order... it will come out wrong.Don't ask for help it'll interfere with the staffs conversations. Don't bring cash because you order from a kiosk and they won't assist or help you with the order.Don't ask for chili sauce it comes out milky white and service members will tell you it's been like that for 20 years , it ruined the taste I just had to throw it away.Don't use the restroom their filthy and if I would have used it first instead of the sink in the hallway I would have never ate their.I'm never eating here or at another Wendy's again.

Was so grateful for the staff here! I was in town for my grandmother's funeral a few weeks ago and the caterers ran out of food. My brother and I ordered 20 combo meals and they got the order promptly and kindly! Especially one lady, I believe she was the manager, was so nice and sympathetic. Thank you to the team for helping us feed the family!

Love Wendy’s! Their breakfast baconator burger is amazing. This locations’ restrooms weren’t as presentable though but other than that it was a pleasant visit.

Have tried it several times and their food comes out almost cold. Definitely not cooked to order. Threw it all away. Won’t be back ever again. Such a waste of time and money to stop there at the marketplace and get some food. Staff seemed nice though. When I went thru drive-thru it was almost 12 pm and I thought for sure it would have come out fresh. No! No! Awful.

Any time you are required to use a kiosk "or however it's spelled", the company deserves and earned one star. Because the manager came and helped us out so willingly this place got two stars. By the way it did not work and they had to ring everything up again in the drive through register. Such a wasted time. Several others had trouble while we were there. Corporate Wendy's has failed by going to this lazy system. Don't tell me it's more efficient. I've seen first hand everywhere this is done that it isn't. I will never go back to this location.

Needs health inspection! Yesterday around 5:30 pm they were making people's burgers with no gloves and holding a cell phone ,there was flys all behind the register area flying around, the soda station was very dirty with foody finger prints on the screen and soda everywhere. (sidenote those screens are bacteria magnets and it's so ironic to me that in the great world of covid those seem to be in most every fast food restaurant now.) Go back to regular fountains that don't require hand contact for service. - Tables were also sticky and dirty .Aside from the place being FILTHY I waited on a ten piece nugget meal for almost 15 minutes with only one customer In front of me. Which was pretty wild since my nuggets were burnt to a crisp when they finally came out. I guess that's what I was waiting for (maybe set a timer next time ?) . I ate them because I was starving but I won't come back here unless I hear that it gets cleaned up and actually gets some management. This establishment is too ghetto for a strip mall location honestly. It's definitely not what I expected for the location.

I have been here a couple of times and it's usually good, but today was not the service I have received in the past. I placed an order around 8pm to be picked up in the drive thru. This is where I messed up, and I'll own that. The drive thru was long so I decided to go inside to pick it up. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes while everyone behind the counter ignored me. A guy was scrubbing the floors, a different guy walked into the lobby to get himself a drink and 3 others were working on drive thru orders. I am a GM for a different company so I understand that you get busy. However, it doesn't take restaurant management experience to know that if customers are waiting on orders, deck scrubbing the floors can wait. That's common sense and any manager should know that. At least acknowledge the people standing in front of you and try to help them, even if it's asking them to be patient or go through the drive thru like I originally planned to. Straight up nonchalance and apathy are a terrible standard to hold. I hope this feedback can help train your team or restructure you deployment chart.So anyway, I canceled the order and went to Whataburger instead ?
