We will from now on be forever stopping at this specific location anytime we come to Texas from Chicago. From the second we walked in we were greeted with a smile and our cashier Phillip S. Had all the patience in the world for us and was extremely helpful. The crew at 5am did an awesome job. Ty guys :)

Ordered online ahead of time so we wouldn't Have to wait as long. The order took away past our estimated Pick up time. and no Customers were in the parking lot and no one was in the drive through. Don't understand why we had to wait so long and then go in on check on our food When they weren't busy at all. We found out that our online ordered printed, but no one saw it so after waiting over 25 mins they hadn't started on our food. Very bad customer service and wait time.

Just my opinion

This Whataburger was spotless! Manager and staff were friendly. The manager on duty went as far as brewing me a cup of coffee in the late afternoon. I appreciated that as tired as I was. Thank you again!

If you go there for breakfast, use the drive-through. They completely ignore the front. I stood there for almost 10 minutes and couldn't get anyone to even come out to take my order. I even made eye-contact with the female at the drive-through window and got no response. I finally gave up and left. Not an experience that I care to repeat.

I went through The drive-through and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with mayonnaise, tomato lettuce, and ask them to add pepper jack cheese. When I got home and unwrapped the sandwich, you can clearly tell that the Chicken was overcooked. I tried to take a bite of it, but it is very hard. I have never had a problem at this Whataburger, but this sandwich is horrible. I don’t think the person making it cared about the quality of what he/she was serving.

Always clean! Great staff. Friendly! Always working to give you the best experience possible. You can tell things are made fresh to order. Super yummy! My family really love the Dr Pepper shakes. Their drive thru is also pretty efficient.

I ordered a meal from Whataburger, and they completely forgot my Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The frustrating part? The store was practically empty, so there was no excuse for the mistake. Attention to detail should be a priority, especially when it’s not busy. Disappointed with the experience.
