Princess gave me the best experience I’ve had at whataburger I would let her babysit my kids and walk my dog she’s just so genuine, nice, amazing and welcoming.

Baylor location is the crappiest one in Waco anytime I come here service in drive thru sucks can be no one in line and takes ten plus minutes for someone to acknowledged you are there they screw up constantly forget stuff that you asked for

If you’re anything like me, Whataburger has been a bust for a while. I had such an unexpectedly impressive experience tonight, I had to leave a review. Was in the drive-thru less than 10 minutes. My burger was decadent: the tomato was flavorful, lettuce was crunchy, the cheese was so creamy, and overall juicy, salty, and savory. My fries were hot and crispy. Even my Diet Coke tasted optimally mixed from the fountain. 11/10 experience from the Baylor Whataburger tonight, great job team! 🧡🤍

Poor, slow and inefficient service. I had to wait for over 15 minutes past my order's promised time. I ended up having to go in and get it. By that time the order was just sitting there getting cold.
