Worst customer service. The lady inside today was very rude. We were even given the order late than what was estimated. We said no tomato and they still added, what if someone is allergic to it. Horrifying experience. It made the start of the day very unwell. I hope the manager at that location really looks after the customer service and specifically the lady who was taking em drive thru customers. You might even need to send her for some training on customer service. She was treating as if that's her Mama's kitchen what the heck!

I am glad I waited to write this review. I like morning shift, they know how to treat their customers. Now Night shift ? is a whole different medicine the girl that took my order she was nice, I was just asking for 2 large cups of Ice, the line was empty, and I was rush back home to a sick child so I didn’t dress to get out, otherwise, I would have went to a convenient store, but any who; I get to the window I see the cups are like in a regular size cup so I told her, an you please put them in a large cup and I will pay for the cup, I guess she didn’t know how to ring them up or whatever the case may have been , and he guy comes to the window with a lot of Sass and told me we are only being nice to give you the cups for free but we would have to charge you for a regular drink, “ No your not because you wouldn’t have said that, and I had already told the girl that I would pay for the cups. Long story short I didn’t get them I went somewhere with my money. Work on your approach and deliverance Mr. Man. I just had time today sense I am up and tending to my sick child good morning!

Great customer service by Trayven and his manager that I did not catch his name. They were very nice and extremely helpful. I mistakenly ordered from the wrong store and Trayven was able to get his manager to get my order transferred to their store.

Quit asking me if I want ketchup at the drive thru speaker and then not putting ketchup in the bag. Just don’t ask me at the speaker and I’ll tell you if I want ketchup at the window. Problem solved.

Best Whataburger service and food we've had in a while! Tamika checked us out through the drive thru, and before she even opened the window, her smile made my day! Our order was actually correct and tasted great.wish the Whataburger close to home had this kind of service!

This location needs some work. I use curbside during my lunch breaks cause it's so close. I've had cold food before and keep giving then another chance. So now I'm writing this review lol 1st off the wings were awesome, no complains there. But I did get cold fries, no ketchup (shows on receipt I asked for some), and no ice in my Dr. Pepper. I also waited about 10 mins before they brought it to me. I've had issues before with getting a cold burger, but after today I will no longer go to this location. Seems like everytime I do there is an issue.

Waited over 30 min after I put in an online order. Get asked my name 4 times by 4 employees and still not given food. When given food, no ketchup, napkins, or the gravy that I paid for. So I ask for the gravy, guy takes another 5 minutes, so my fries are getting cold. Brings me what I thought was gravy. Get home. It's water.. with a gravy color. Literally no gravy. In this video I dip my finger and you see it's nothing but liquid. Thanks a lot ??

Food is ok. Not my favorite, used to be. Service is ok. Not bad, not great. But atmosphere is not great at all. Very loud music. Asked to turn down and was told they could not. Was visiting w friends and could hardly hear eachother. Not great place for a nice reunion ?
We were in Dallas for my wife's work and were told that this is an amazing place and let me tell you, it was, WoW! We live in Washington state and do not have anything that even compares to this place. It was hot and juicy, the fries were perfect, So please make your way to Washington State. I love burgers and hands down one of the best I have ever eaten.

I stopped by whataburger on 07/3/24 @ 12:24am. I am not at all disappointed in the staff however I am disappointed in the company for not providing the support system/ employees this location needs!! One person can only do so much. The manager was very busy running food , taking orders and on top of that being very polite. Shout out to him. He worked great under pressure. Support your staff!!
