I stopped at this location with my friend around 1:30am. He went inside to order and when Rebecca came to the counter, he told her he wanted to order and she said it would be a minute, clocked in an employee in and then walked off. She asked if he was ready and he said yes and then she disappeared. About 8 minutes later the manager, Justin Finch came back and immediately asked for his name. When my friend asked ‘for what’ Justin said, “nigga imma call the police”.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I SWEAR YOU WILL WAIT OVER 20min OR MORE. I had gone here this moring waited over 30min because I guess; must of lost my order; outside lane. It's a crapshoot going here if you get your order under 20min. I was so upset I ask for a refund and didn't want there food. I love Whataburger but I will NEVER NEVER go to this one again!!!!!! As I said, cross your fingers when going there because you maybe waiting a long time to get your food. I will go to another Whataburger across town before going here, if I don't just stop going all together. Thanks for reading my review

Everything was cold when I got home, I only live 1.6 miles away. The taquitos tasted like someone dumped the whole container of salt on them & the cheese wasn't even melted a little bit. The gravy was cold & completely congealed & I got a small order of hashbrowns instead of the medium fry I ordered & paid for. The drink was good though.

Went drive-thru and put in my order got my order went home and it was incorrect had to go back to get a burger that I was missing. Service was not polite nor courteous and when I went back had to stand at the counter 8 minutes before anyone even came to ask why I was there. While standing there one lady got up and left. When someone finally came to the counter I had to address them they did not address me. I told them why I was there and he took my receipt to the back showed it to someone and they asked someone else to make the burger. They had the receipt with the specifics on how I wanted said burger and still got it wrong. There were no apologies made. No thank you for stopping by. They acted like I had inconvenienced them and here I was trying to feed grandkids and one was missing their burger meal. I know what good customer service is because I get the pleasure of doing it everyday when I go to work. I saw none tonight.

Wonderful people working in this whataburger. They are very kind and helpful.

Vegetarian options: The salad was fresh and really flavorful. The container was a reusable/recyclable, sturdy plastic.

I get they had a bus of high school students, but I literally waited for 30 minutes before i went in to get my curbside order and waited another 10 minutes inside. Then, I was rudely told they didn't have ANY jelly. How do you run out of condiments when you serve breakfast 12hrs a day?

Other than the service being a touch slow... although I do understand the spicy chicken sandwich takes several minutes to cook, everything was great. The food was hot and fresh, the dining room clean and friendly employees.
