Ordered a simple Whataburger- got the meal. I don’t drink sodas or eat fries. Didn’t bother to deal with it there. Wasteful

Slowest whataburger in waco. 3 people.in location and took an hr. They forgot order and had to remake it. No one ever at counter and get mad when you try to ask a question. The sad part is, you look in the back and they are just standing around most of the time

Went the at 10:30 pm oct 17,2025 my order was wrong. I ordered an extra patty cause me and my wife had ordered two patty milks and I had added a patty. I didn’t get the extra patty when we got the food. The food was cold so I called up there and the guy told me he would remake it to bring the receipt. I bring the receipt I gave the order to them. I waited 45 minutes for them to remake the order because they forgot about me in the lobby. I love Whataburger. It’s not Whataburger‘s fault. It’s the people that make the food. They’re too busy talking worried about other things than making people’s order once I got my food. It was sloppy put together on the patty meal. There was no patty meal sauce, but there was onions. Everything was wrong. I was tired, angry frustrated, but there was no reason for me to take it out on them so I caught my breath then I calm down. I just don’t recommend that Whataburger and corporate I hope they can do better training on their employees. I just wanted to go home and eat from a long day. I already had it rough didn’t come home. Food was terrible. Then she threw in some pies apple pies. I don’t even like apple pies to make up for the weight. I wasn’t expecting anything extra. I just one of my food if y’all don’t wanna work in restaurants, then don’t work there people work hard for their money and they want to get what they paid for and I have to come back twice. Maybe somebody will actually read this maybe not maybe it might actually reach out to somebody. I just think They need the proper training maybe they wasn’t trained right remember, Whataburger was always right and never made a mistake. Maybe a couple of times, but not all the time and they would fix it right there and then instead of having somebody wait that long for a remake and got everybody else’s orders out. .

I dont like whataburger because I have never really had fresh food from there. My wife recently made me go and the food was fresh! Fries and burger were so good I had to go back the next day!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! we went last night for dinner. The gentleman behind the counter was less than thrilled to be there and didn't really respond to much of anything. He didn't repeat the order back, tossed our cups at us and grunted our total. There was a long black hair in my fries and a short one in my child's drink as well as what looked like a booger. My child is now sick with an upset stomach and my husband said he isn't feeling well too. You have been warned.

Pulled up with no rush, 2 cars in front of us. They didn’t repeat the order to us, just told us to pull to the second window. As we did, they charged us for 2 larges even though we asked for medium, also got the drinks wrong. Ordered one strawberry and one chocolate shake. Gave us 2 strawberries and couldn’t take back one of them because of policy (understandable, but why not offer a refund? They did give us the chocolate shake)

Then we asked for an extra patty for each burger, just to check later at home that they put the wrong sauce on a burger and gave one burger three patties and the other the standard one.

A rush came while we were sitting waiting so I understand the sudden commotion and human error, however, employees should be retrained on a few things!

On top of everything, we were overcharged and never asked to do a refund! All of that commotion for the food to be mid

The SLOWEST Whataburger in Texas. 30 minutes for food is wild. Get a manager in here who knows how to handle a fast food restaurant.
