I ordered breakfast on 7/29/24 and the coffee I got had spoonfuls of coffee grounds in it!
They were also out of all creamer. Which I highly doubt is the case. They just seemed like they didn't want to work.

Went here at 9:15 on a Thursday night. I was in the drive through. I waited for over 45 minutes. Food was cold when I got it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had double checked with employees if it was cool i could order a lettuce wrap, they assured me it's fine...they gave me shredded lettuce...cool thanks
It's not the best whataburger I've been to, but they always meet my expectations when I go. They messed my sandwich up once, but was quick to fix it, and very nice about it. Will always recommend

Sitting in the drive thru for over a half an hour! Are you kidding me!!!! Worse Whataburger ever, no power ade, tell me how do you run out of stuff! Several vehicles got out of line and left! It not even lunch time!!!

Went to the drive through. The lady at the window was very rude and seemed upset. I had a double meat double cheeseburger by itself. It was very slapped together and the burger was warm at best.

This store never seems to get an order correct! On one visit, a patty was missing! Called and the person that answered did not care and offered no solution. On the last visit, our online order was missing add-ons that are charged for. Will not return and do not recommend.
We live in the Houston area, but have family in Hewitt. Every time we're in town we stop by this Whataburger location. This most recent visit was awesome, with our other being ready within 5 minutes of placing it. Try the caramel latte shake while it's available!!
