Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been consistently disappointing. Orders are often incorrect and the food usually arrives cold. It feels like basic quality control is missing.
On top of that, the staff often seem stressed or irritated, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. Either the management isn’t providing proper support, or the staff aren’t being treated fairly — either way, it shows.
Whataburger is known for doing things right in other locations, but this one really needs some serious attention and better leadership.

This place has went so downhill! Only 2 cars ahead of me and waited 20 minutes for my food. When we got our food, the bacon was basically raw! Everything was soggy and cold and even our drinks had 0 ice left in them. I will never return to this location, period. This happened before but I thought they were just having a bad night. Judging by the other reviews...it will never change.

Just not a great place. I love whataburger, this one is just sub-par. Food is average, service is often slow, orders wrong frequently. Such a shame to have a great franchise that is poorly represented.

One car ahead of me in the drive through, and I still waited for 30 minutes to get my food. Drive the 15 minutes home, open the bag. One of my family member's food was no where to be found, even though it was paid for per the receipt. The rest of the food did not seem fresh, the cheese on all of the 3 burgers we ordered wasn't even melted after the ride home in the bag. Not fast, not fresh, not good. All Whataburger locations in the Waco are disappointing, but this one seems to be the worst of them all. I will not be returning.

In drive thru 2/11 one car ahead of me 25mins in line didn't get my sauces BBQ and Buffalo. Asked for them when ordering and the lady was like it's $. 40 for that OK and you just had my card and charged my card so when I order you don't add the sauces?? I won't be back to many mistakes and takes forever for you to get your food fast food is meant to be fast. But literally shocked how slow it was... 🤦
