If you use the app for curbside, order 15 to 20 minutes before hand, because the food is always at least 15 minutes later than the predicted time. And the employees are not always the nicest

Went there yesterday with my family of 7! Food came out complete and very nice service regardless of other negative customers. Definitely recommend they need to be treated nicer!!

Honestly Customer Service is great with the food qualities is the problem I did speak to the manager and the manager does have common sense and understanding. I was in the drive-through order my food I was asked to pull forward the person behind me pulled up and a few months later a bag was handed out of the window into the car then hand it back into the window at this point I went around and went inside and asked for a refund. The manager came out and asked why do I want a refund? I explained to him that I saw a bag out the window and then back into the building which I don’t like. I’m not comfortable with it. The manager said that that wasn’t your food they say they’re making fresh hashbrowns for my order. The manager offered me a coupon for a free item. I did not accept the coupon because free stuff doesn’t solve the problem once I got to my destination I opened up my food start to eat it got through half of my sandwich which at that point was the yellow part of the egg it wasn’t done total waste of money.

Soo disappointed this evening! Never have I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru at this location. There were only 5 cars in front of me. When I finally get to the window my order was not read to me. I told the girl what I ordered and asked her if it had been given to someone else. Bc they normally ask for names but they did not tonight. She closed the window said she'd be right back. She came back said she found the order, she was in the wrong screen. I asked if it was going to be another 30 minute wait for the food. she said, that, I cannot guarantee. I said I don't have another 30 minutes to wait. She she said one minute. Came back and said all they had to do is wrap my two burgers and the fries were ready.
IT WAS ALL COLD. FRIES NOT EVEN FRESH AND COLD. BURGERS LOOKED GREAT, MEAT COLD. I live 5 minutes away. My burgers are always still hot when I get home. Fries are always still hot when I get home. Fries were cold when they were handed to me. Every one knows the fries are the first thing we go for soon as you close the window. I had waited too long to make it another issue.
Costs are high for everyone everywhere. So when we choose to spend the money at Whataburger instead of chick fil a across the street. Please get the orders right, and my all means serve it hot and fresh.
I'm beyond disappointed when I finally pay for a Whataburger and it's cold. 🙁

What's going on at this location?! Please get it together soon. The other location are too far and lines are always long. And wait is just like it was here tonight. Please don't turn into the rest of them.

They are usually very good but I just got take out from them and it was bad. I ordered a #13 chicken tender meal and they forgot my gravy and I ordered an extra tender they forgot that as well. They filled up my Large Dr Pepper half way and forgot my vanilla shake, I had to go back in to get it. They had no napkins in the bag. Didn’t grill my boyfriend’s onions on his patty melt even though we requested it. His Sprite was flat and wasn’t filled up all the way in his Large drink. When I went inside to ask about my medium vanilla shake that they forgot they were just walking around looking busy when they weren’t doing a thing. A lady with a grey whataburger shirt (I think she was the manager) had to come back inside from stepping out to ask me if I had been helped. Terrible experience this time, unsatisfactory.
