The kids grilled cheese sandwich was overcooked and hard and my lettuce wrap was good but it had so much lettuce it should have just been a salad. The service could have been a little better but I like that they did offer the healthier options.

I went into the location on Bosque in Waco, TX and Angie served me. When I came in she was talking on her personal phone. I stood at the counter for a minute before she realized I was there. She came to ring me up and she continued to talk on the phone with it between her shoulder and ear. I paid for my meal, filled my cup then stood at a table as it was for to go. I stood there and watched her continue talking on her phone. I thought it was taking a while so I decided to get a little closer. Only to notice my sandwich was sitting at the end of the conveyor belt. She saw me standing there. She continued talking on her phone, with her gloves on. Looked at my sandwich and continued to talk. She then grabbed a piece of paper to place my sandwich on it. I then politely asked her to change her glove to which she replied with a lot of attitude “yes ma’am I will! I always do AND I’ll even wash my hands for you too!” She then took her gloves off to wash her hands as she’s mumbling something under her breath. She finished my sandwich and handed it to me. Didn’t say anything. I said thank you have a good day and walked away. As I walked away she slammed all the cooler doors closed.

Went there last night with my husband. Walked in and said hello. There was 3 employees. Nothing said back. I guessing, ya'll need to learn customer service. We order 2 sandwiches. Sandwiches was nasty! We will not go back. There is to many more Sandwich business around here in Waco, that make better sandwiches and know how to treat customers better. You need to understand, it is your customers that keep your business going. Without us, your business goes under.

Me and daughter thought the service was good, the inside was clean, and the selection great. However I'm not a fan of the way my sandwich was made because the cheese never melted and it was the cheese burger sandwich. Other than that our experience was okay.
The bread tastes much better than Subway. The variety is interesting especially for vegan and other options.

One of the best sub shops in town. The best part is meats and veggies, you can tell they are fresh. Their philly cheesesteak is amazing .The shakes are also very nice i personally enjoyed the strawberry but you cant go wrong with any of them. Great place for a meal. Also since you write down what you want on the bags your kids can choose and place an order. Our five year old thought it was great, so its also a great place to do something fun with the family.

Today was my first time here. I got the turkey lettucewich & added bacon and all the trimmings.It was the bomb. Very friend staff and the place was very clean. Angie waited on me and she was awesome! I will be backðŸ‘
