messed up my order... called about my order, wingstop told me they would post my order for remake.... fast forward I make a order and I tell them about my past order remake (that they told me they would remake) and said they CANT do it! OKAY... I PICK UP MY ORDER AND THEY 🗣️STILL MESS UP MY DAMN ORDER🗣️ LUCKILY I LOOKED BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE!!

Zero stars. Do not recommend. I’ve been here for an hour waiting on an uber eats order and they gave it to the wrong customer and didn’t even check on me. The person I am waiting on the food for had to call to complain because the lady at the counter didn’t even help me. She just kept telling me it wasn’t ready. She didn’t even check. She left me sitting here. I won’t ever order anything here. Not because of the mistake but because I wasn’t helped at all period.

This location is the second best wingstop in the greater waco area. Only second to the wingstop on Hewitt drive, though it is a tough contest between the two. What makes this wingstop stand out is location and atmosphere. It is situated beside a sushi restaurant, so if your girlfriend wants sushi, but you want wings, this place is how you do it in style and comfort.

I ordered 30 boneless wings to be picked up by door dash and delivered. Wing stop was late giving order to door dash which made order late. 30 boneless wings cost 49.96. They were so small they came in a small to go styrofoam container. Very disappointed. What a ripe off in my opinion. That does it for me and wingstop.

I placed an order for 50 wings for an event that started at 7:30 PM. I called around 5:00 PM and specifically asked if the wings could be ready for pickup by 6:30 PM. I was told that would be fine.

When I arrived at 7:00 PM to pick up the order, I paid, and as I was handed my receipt, a staff member with red curly hair and glasses, informed me that for an order of that size, they don’t prepare it ahead of time—and since they didn’t have a callback number for me, it would be another 13 minutes.

I was shocked. I had already paid, the event was about to begin, and I had made it clear over the phone what time I needed the order. The person who took my call should have informed me of this policy. If I had known the wings wouldn’t be ready on time, I could have gone elsewhere, like Kingswing, to make sure I had food for the event.

Even as I paid, n the young man didn’t say a word about the delay. It’s now 7:25 PM, and I’m still sitting here waiting—watching other customers come and go with their orders—while I wait for just 50 wings and a side of ranch.

This situation was really disappointing and could have been easily avoided with clear communication.
