This location is the second best wingstop in the greater waco area. Only second to the wingstop on Hewitt drive, though it is a tough contest between the two. What makes this wingstop stand out is location and atmosphere. It is situated beside a sushi restaurant, so if your girlfriend wants sushi, but you want wings, this place is how you do it in style and comfort.

I ordered 30 boneless wings to be picked up by door dash and delivered. Wing stop was late giving order to door dash which made order late. 30 boneless wings cost 49.96. They were so small they came in a small to go styrofoam container. Very disappointed. What a ripe off in my opinion. That does it for me and wingstop.

I placed an order for 50 wings for an event that started at 7:30 PM. I called around 5:00 PM and specifically asked if the wings could be ready for pickup by 6:30 PM. I was told that would be fine.

When I arrived at 7:00 PM to pick up the order, I paid, and as I was handed my receipt, a staff member with red curly hair and glasses, informed me that for an order of that size, they don’t prepare it ahead of time—and since they didn’t have a callback number for me, it would be another 13 minutes.

I was shocked. I had already paid, the event was about to begin, and I had made it clear over the phone what time I needed the order. The person who took my call should have informed me of this policy. If I had known the wings wouldn’t be ready on time, I could have gone elsewhere, like Kingswing, to make sure I had food for the event.

Even as I paid, n the young man didn’t say a word about the delay. It’s now 7:25 PM, and I’m still sitting here waiting—watching other customers come and go with their orders—while I wait for just 50 wings and a side of ranch.

This situation was really disappointing and could have been easily avoided with clear communication.

The food was alright. They did give me chicken nuggets that I wouldn't pass off as a whole ones, but the service was good though. I'll be back again when I'm on town.

Hour and 10 wait for one order of wings and veggies there's literally only two other families in here idk what took so long I wouldn't care too much if the food was half decent man it was so over cooked with barely any sauce

Definitely don’t count on placing your order more than 24 hrs ahead of time. Bc it won’t be ready in time, and with no heads up that it won’t be ready at the available time. I had placed an order for a 4:45 pick up and when I called at 5:20 to ask a status order they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another hour….

Worst Wingstop Experience Ever!

We arrived at our hotel wanting to get a quick meal from across the street. My 2 friends and I walked over to Wingstop and their was hardly any customers. We all ordered and were told their would be a 5 minute wait, however, next thing we knew it was 40 minutes later and our food was still unprepared. No names were called for orders and behind the counter there were workers doing absolutely nothing as the line continued to grow. Unprofessional establishment and unskilled staff.

District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!

Ordered online waited the 1 hour as advised. Went to pick up and waited another 1hr which was fine. But my wings were cooked incorrectly and I asked for double fried and they were not. I couldn't call in bc the phone just rang. No answer...so.im going back tomorrow to get what I paid for... Bellmead closed for online orders which was smart. The backlog is understood but for the delay, my food should have been correctly cooked

I love wingstop and I know this location takes FOREVER to get their food out so I waited a solid hour after ordering my food to go pick it up and I get there and they say it will still be another 10 minutes! The food? Great! The service meh but the wait time is crazy

They take 4 ever on doordash orders... we can't be late we have a time limit.. plus their ice machine didn't work and made me even later... I won't ever tell anyone to go here bc the staff is rude and they are slow.
