This particular one doesn’t do delivery through them, the app says they offer delivery but according to the employees when you call they do not and their app never seems to accept orders for this location. They tell you to use DoorDash and pay ALOT more for the food and service charges that way. I love Wingstop, but this one, the one closest to my home, only gets a 1 star for terrible business practices. Do Better!

This was the worst chicken I have ever had! Very dry and tasted as if it was burned. I tried to call the store several times located on 2nd Street in Waco and I never got through to speak to anyone. To spend almost $40.00 dollars for Chicken, for my family, I would expect a lot better of quality. This was horrible!

Our order was correct and hot, typical Wingstop food/service. However, we ate there and the place was filthy. Dirty napkins on floor, sticky tables, no trash can, disgusting soda machine, etc. Complete lack of regard to cleanliness.

My family and I visited the Wingstop downtown location, drawn in by our craving for wings. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the well-maintained and inviting ambiance of the store. The decor and cleanliness of the establishment were commendable, setting a positive tone for our dining experience.One notable aspect of this particular visit was the exceptional friendliness of the staff. Their welcoming attitude and eagerness to assist customers added to the overall positive impression. However, it's worth noting that during our visit, the store appeared to be relatively empty, but this was likely due to the surge in online orders and DoorDash deliveries. While this didn't affect the quality of service we received, it did result in a somewhat extended wait time for our order.Moving on to the main highlight, the food, we were pleased with the quality of the wings. The flavors and preparation met our expectations, and we enjoyed our meal. Nevertheless, there were a few minor drawbacks that could be improved. Firstly, the presence of a soda machine was somewhat disappointing, as the taste of the soda did not meet our preferences. Additionally, the limited availability of ketchup packets was a bit inconvenient, as we had to request multiple packets to adequately accompany our meal. Lastly, the absence of soap in the restroom was a notable hygiene concern, and it would be beneficial for the establishment to ensure the provision of this essential amenity.In summary, our visit to Wingstop's downtown location was largely positive. Don’t order mild!!! It’s gross.No flavor. Well done & well cooked is almost ruined my the gross flavor.Edit: called them. Don’t order mild. Get regular original. They cut w butter & it makes them gross. And greasy at bottomEdit: cleaned up wings w napkins. Got regular sauce from them and fresh fries.I might try again to c next time.Hawaiian flavor was good.

Terrible service. Never answer the phone and when they answer the phone I was left on hold for 30 minutes. I never got my order and when I called to ask what happen to my order. I never got a response. It’s ridiculous how no one takes anything serious anymore.

Terrible atmosphere, for some reason the manager doesn’t want to talk to customers AT ALL.The workers love being rude to customers when THEYRE the ones who messed up the order.If these workers don’t like cooking why are they still working there?Chicken was SWIMMING IN GREASE and left them soggy.Never going back to that trash place again.

Food was ridiculous today! Spent over 45$ for unseasoned food. I ordered extra seasoning on fries and tenders and received none. Fries are so bland it was a waste of money. Lemon pepper tenders were regular no seasoning. I have been procrastinating on using a different place, but after today it sold it for me.
