Love the food here! My favorite combo is the chicken sandwich with lemon pepper fries and honey mustard! Delicious food and people are lovely too especially one manager named William. His service is always a pleasure and he goes above and beyond for every guest, my favorite person at this location will be back for sure.
Atmosphere is definitely toxic have been experiencing racism towards customers and employees because of a particular managers, ive also seen roaches hanging around in the establishment so definitely be cautious. The service takes absolutely forever and you get no time estimate at all.

Their Super Bowl set up was awesome! It was quick and easy to pick up our mobile order at the seperate table. The employees were helpful and great as well!!!

Why call in wen you get there still have to wait. Call in told me 30 minutes got there in 30 minutes not ready said 15 more minutes end up waiting 18 more minutes got a refund and I am never going back and I am deleting the app as well

Placed a door dash order. Showed up 30 minutes later and was told someone else picked up the order and hour before we got there????? Strongly believe the order was nevermade or just given away. Then we were told they couldn't even begin to remake it unless Door dash reissued a ticket. Even knowing what we ordered they wouldn't at least start on the food so we wouldn't have been there for 1hr+. Extremely disappointed. This all could have been avoided if they were actually checking conformation from who ever is picking up the order but they're not they're just handing it to whoever walks up.

Fast food places are racist. Every employee in there was Hispanic the manager couldn't speak English they weren't calling out the names when they put the orders on the shelf I probably waited an extra 15 minutes because they can't do their job properly

Ordered bone- in 15 pcs. and got my kids chicken tenders. Fries came out cold all the way thru When asked for new fries, they took our old ones and just put them back into the fryer. Chicken tenders were cooked fresh Wings came out burnt ends, meat warm, and bone cold, like it had been seating in a warmer.
Save your money, 7-11 has better wings than this location.
I called because the website asked me for a location i chose the big springs location and when i went to pick up my order it has this location as the address when i called to get a refund the manager said they cannot refund a order 30 minutes after it was ordered which is odd if the order itself takes over 20 minutes to be ready why should i pay for food i don't receive.

The service is horrible. They huddled in the kitchen for 10 minutes while people were stacking up in the lobby, airing to be helped. My order say there for a while and when I said that was mine and gave my full name he said to wait and it wasn’t until another kid came out that I actually got my order. Slowest, worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to.
