Everytime I go to this wingstop I have to check my order because its always wrong ,they cant make a simple order . The workers never where gloves and wipe any sauce or ranch they get on there hands on there pants , I didn’t even see a hand sanitizer in the work area and multiple workers were coughing. Next time I go I’ll post pictures and show proof this is ridiculous

Was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I called from my son‘s number and they immediately answered and took my order. I was advised it was a 51 minute wait picked my order up. I am bringing it home and the fries had to have been out for more than two hours as they were super stale.

Was told I couldn’t get all flats because they were going to be left with all drums as if they where saving flats for themselves when people in front of me got all flats I will never order from Wingstop again an I will make sure nobody ever wants to eat there

The staff is really unprofessional, laughing joking playing on cell phones instead of completing orders.. That's not the worst part a staff member was wiping there nose they baging fries... ewww then the cashier with no personality or friendlies took cash payment then touched chicken with out washing her hands.. I'm beyond grossed out and Will NOT feed food to my family from here ever again. The manager should re evaluate the staff and food safety.

First time there. Asked about flavors and was never told could have everything plain if I wanted. Asked for the classic no flavor on wings but received mild, still too hot for wife. Did not ask for flavored fries but received something with some kind of flavor, did not like. Chicken tenders were fine, but will not be going back. Cashier acted as if she was doing you a favor just to answer your questions. Too many other choices to put up with that. Did not know about issues til got home, was not going back to complain, too hot, too far.
