I ordered takeout from this Wingstop and unfortunately had to wait over 30 minutes past the pickup time. The food was decent, but nothing special to justify the long wait. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, and there was no clear communication about delays. Atmosphere was average, but I didn’t stay long. If you’re hungry and in a hurry, this might not be the best spot.

I went in at noon, the busiest time and knew that it was gonna be busy and chaotic . I was totally shocked when the employers and even the manager was extremely extremely nice ! There were a good amount of people in the building and a good amount of orders but they were knocking them out like nothing . I would honestly have to say this is now my favorite wing stop !!!

What is it with this place every time we go in there? It takes freaking forever and there’s always a back up. Nothing‘s ever done on time. It’s a constant weight tonight. I’m sitting in here. Still waiting for our food app said 10 minutes. It’s been 30 minutes. something needs to be done with the Management and the employees at the store.

Waited an hour for my food when I was told 20 minutes, they gave me incorrect food and then took the receipt to fix it then I receive it again, was told my veggies were with my wings just to find out I didn’t get them at all and they charged me for two regular fries and a voodoo when I just ordered one of each thing. This is a continuous issue and I spent $7 on food I didn’t even receive on top of having a $20 ticket

I thought I'd help this location out because they are nothing less than 5stars! Anyone who rates them under 5stars is a complete fool! These people work hard for the customers and they definitely aim to please. The great customer service always wows me. If you wait for a bit that's ok. The wait is worth it!

After arriving at home, there were some issues. I contacted the store immediately and spoke with the manager, Carolyn. This woman is truly amazing and went above and beyond to make it right for my family and I. Carolyn deserves 5 stars for her hospitality and ensuring that each customers complaint is taken into consideration without judgement. Give it up for Carolyn and go visit Wing Stop on Hewitt Dr.

One of the best Wingstops in the country. Don't make the mistake of believing this is fast food. You will wait, but it won't be any different than a sit-down restaurant. The cheapest meal on their menu is the chicken sandwich that you can get in the same flavors as the wings. I highly recommend Hot Honey for the sandwich dipped in their ranch.

Vegetarian options: They have fried corn with Cajun seasoning. Also, Veggie Stixs that can be dipped in any sauces you want.

I placed an order for delivery, it was a Friday night so I knew they would be busy. Door dash was quick to give me a notification that my order was ready, the driver had picked it up and was headed our way. All with in 30 mins or ordering. The driver however took almost 1 hr. after pick up to deliver our order. In the meantime I had contacted the store multiple times to figure out what was taking so long. I even called the driver but got no answer. The staff at wing stop referred me to door dash, but also advised they would call the general manager to assist me. The driver finally arrived with our food, the bag was crushed, the food was cold and no drinks. The driver proceeded to argue with me and blame the store, which I knew was not the problem. Carolyn the general manager reached out to me and listened to my complaint and apologized for the incident. She and her staff deserve recognition for their prompt attention to the matter and friendly service. The driver will be blocked from her store and I will be issued an in store credit for future use. Thank you Carolyn and your staff for the great work.

District manager Raquel Crvenkovski likes to make the store look clean for when corporate is coming.But other than that, it's a dirty and bug filled. She tells us to cook the chicken in big batches and heat it up for the next few hours.As people come in so your wings are never fresh but hot also the fries never get refrigerated when they're supposed to be and no one dates anything I've personally seen them use expired butter milk in the ranch!
