Totally unprofessional venue. First they forgot an order. When called to report issue, they tried to blame delivery driver, but this was a clear case that Wingstop did not pack the meal. then was hung up on, placed on hold for 2 hours. was then told my manager that I would need to re order and pay for a second meal. complete waste of money, I would not recommend this place to even my worse of enemies

Ordered online while sitting in front of the store. While we were waiting, we saw one employee blow his nose into a napkin and he didn't go wash his hands. When we got home with our food, the order was correct but the meat was very dry and the skin was very hard like it was old chicken. Will not eat there again.

The wings were so small my 4 year old could eat all 10 of them with no problem. They were sauced way too much to the point the sauce was getting on the other flavor. The ranch tasted off like not the way it normally does. The fries were soggy and cold. Overall a band experience.
I sent my daughter to get me an 8 piece boneless combo in garlic Parmesan, with a Diet Coke and two more combos with their choice of sauces and drinks. The cashier suggested a better way to ring in the order to save some money. It took thirty minutes to get the order. Now that they are home, I see that I’m getting exactly two wings and no drink. Thanks a bunch.

Took me a while to share my views. I was so taken by the way I was treated. My Family would frequent this establishment mostly every weekend. About a few months ago my son and myself became very ill after eating wings that were undercooked. So next day I returned the wings which still had blood on the inside of them. I showed them to the black mgr. with dreads and he said and I quote “ How many did yall eat ?” I’ll be able to only remake how many you have here. Mindful only five was eaten. Never had I returned. THE AUDACITY!! I was very disappointed because I had to miss work due to being sick.
