On Super Bowl day, I eagerly ordered a plate of wings and fries. To my dismay, the wings arrived uncooked and pink on the inside. The cold fries added insult to injury. It was a culinary disaster that left me hungry and disappointed during the biggest game of the year.

Every single person that worked the Superbowl deserves a raise. I genuinely felt so bad for them. The “skip the line” promo they had for preorders was a great idea, terrible execution on corporate’s part. Ordered 24 hours in advance and still waited 45 minutes past my original order time. Working in the service industry isn’t easy but every single person was working their butt off.My suggestion is accept only a certain about of orders per hour.Edit: i was missing half my order ? What we did have tasted great!
Consistently forget bits of the order. This time I forgot to check because I was in a hurry and sure enough they shorted us an 8 piece mild. When I call to discuss I just get put on hold.

We had wings delivered using a 3rd party and the wings never were delivered. The manager sent them again and reimbursed our cost of the wings. Above and beyond! Thank you! Great wings and the consistency is 100%.
