First, the ribs are incredible (so tender). The sausage seems to be very appreciated in the region. The new owners (Robby and Kim) are adorable. It's only 3 minutes from I-10. So go for it ! The restaurant and the shop have different hours. It should be clarified soon on google maps. It was a pleasure eating there and sharing good time with these great people who were very welcoming, even as I was arriving late. All the best to you and see you soon! I will be back for sure!

Beautiful old building. Make your way to the back to find an amazing pit room. Recommend the ribs and sausage. Best ribs I ever had hands down. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable pit master. If you are passing through the town please check this place out!

Literally the best ribs and brisket I have ever had. We were hungry for some barbecue after leaving New Braunfels. This placed looked good so we went inside. The barbecue restaurant is in the back of the store. The smoker room is very nice and it smells good. Prices were cheap and the brisket was so juicy and tender. The ribs were very well seasoned. Super juicy and fall off the bone. The barbecue sauce was salty and a little spicy which I love. Very good. I will literally drive...
