After having to repeat our order three times, the woman at the window gave us only half our order and when we went to ask about it, a man yelled at us, asking if we had our receipt (which they did not give us). Do not go here. While the food might be okay, the service is horrible.

The Mexican woman that works during breakfast is the worst woman you could hire. Tries to be a leader but can’t read at all. Stole money from me I ordered 3 biscuits and only got 2 and lied and wouldn’t give me a receipt. She needs fired
Guy there are super nice but i paid 36.65 for food that was pretty bad. I paid for cheese and only one sandwich had cheese. The roast tasted bad and the chicken was rubbery. Nice employees but bad food. Bad bad food.

Arby's used to be the place to get chicken sandwiches, the 1st chicken sandwich I had eaten was from the Sharpstown mall on a school field trip. The quality had gone down a bit, but was rectified by introduced new menu items like wraps, deli cut sandwiches, gyros, salads, mozzarella sticks and sliders. My mom loves their crinkle fries, they make them very crunchy. One thing that I appreciate is the dollar value meals, currently you can get one chicken sandwich and 1 beefy cheddar sandwich for 6.00, before this they had 2 wraps or 2 gyros for 5.00, but I understand the economy as well. Arby's thanks for keeping it affordable!

Fast food is not fast you need to check your order something might be missing when you ask to a to go order. I stop today 5/14/2022 and let you know the order, it has happened several times, it was incomplete, please check you order to go, if not you will regret not to do it
We came back July 11 2024, the Loves store told us they close at 10:00PM it use to be open 24 hours
