Came here to have a nice breakfast with the family, before the ice and cold weather hit us. Brisket and egg tacos, potatoes, blt, biscuits and gravy, waffles, sweet tea. All 10 out of 10. Wish I had more stomachs to stay and eat lunch. Great customer service. Definitely coming here again and again.

Just awful,dim, dingy, unwelcoming. It's the only barbecue restaurant. I've ever been in that you can't smell barbecue smoking. Food was mediocre at best. The staff prefers to talk among themselves rather then to paying customers. To many better local places then this restaurant.

Delicious! The ribs were melt in your mouth perfect, the cole slaw just right and the green beans were well seasoned. Usually, green beans taste like they were dumped from a can and reheated, but Carl's had bacon, sausage, onion, and potatoes to flavor them.
