Delicious! The ribs were melt in your mouth perfect, the cole slaw just right and the green beans were well seasoned. Usually, green beans taste like they were dumped from a can and reheated, but Carl's had bacon, sausage, onion, and potatoes to flavor them.

Delicious, delicious & delicious. I always get the BBQ plate, double fries with extra sauce and it’s ready in like 7 minutes, hot and goes down sooo smooth. It’s expensive but WORTH IT.

Walked in on Monday, April 29, 2024 to order a loaded potato, I was greeted by a Spanish worker and he made my potato, before he could finish with my order, a lady at the register said , will that be all, and I ignored her. She said it again and I walked to the register and asked her how was she today and she told me my total. She was a rude cashier, who did not even greet me before asking for my $$, I won't be back cause she was so rude. It doesn't cost a penny to ask someone how are they doing.

I wish they would serve dinner and close around 7 are 8 then I could go eat there sometimes for supper. Waller doesn't have anything worth eating around here, and I'm tired of mexican food. (I don't count county line bbq ??)
