My first time going there and I had the brisket. It was pretty good. I like the taste and it was tender. I’m definitely going to try it again to see if they’re consistent.

Amazing sandwich. Guy is very nice but doesn’t understand you need to greet people when they walk up. Ask them if they have any questions or want to order. I’ve seen multiple people walk up and leave cuz no one says anything to them

I am a regular costumer to this corner store and well I could say It is very big , clean , but over all over price and also for taco corner & dickeys but over all very delicious food but , kitchen lady’s they don’t greet at all most of the time they are always in the back also with cashier guys they are never behind the register there’s always a young man running back and forth from dickeys to register when there’s no one in register and also young lady from afternoon always rude. Also the register guys always talking on the phone while checking me out very unprofessional. I feel like the store needs better management.

Ordered a baked potato with butter, sour cream, and cheese with sliced beef. Received it with chives and bacon bits. They do not answer their phone. Terribly disappointed because they ruined my dinner.

Ordered several sandwiches which came all wrong and did not come with sides. Used uber eats to order food and deliver due to being in a 18 wheeler. Asked if they could fix it by sending the right food and they said no and told me there was nothing they could do.
Just did an, Uber Ears order, & my order was wrong. I ordered a two plate meal which was, sliced brisket, & pork ribs. I didn’t not receive the ribs. Called to inform of the situation, & the two guys on the phone was being combative, & hung up in my face. When asked, how could I be accommodated, he ended up telling me,”I don’t know what to tell you.” Called back to leave a voicemail, & they kept answering only to hang up. Definitely paying them a visit in the morning.

I walked here from my hotel to get a baked potato to help with stomach issues and it was EXTREMELY salty. I took it back and asked if they could give me a plain potato due to blood pressure issues. They told me they don’t use salt or seasonings!!! What? At a bbq restaurant? You don’t use salt or seasonings?? The lady sharply told me I could either get another one or my money back. Isn’t that what I asked for? Another potato? I will NEVER go to another Dickey’s. First and last time. How can you mess up a potato and then be rude about it? smh. For a $13 potato! People have lost their minds.

I should have checked these reviews before ordering a brisket sandwich. That sandwich was so dry that I had to take a drink with every bite just to get the food down. Highly recommend the Taco Corner next to Dickeys, it isn't overpriced like Dickeys is either.
