Domino's Pizza

My online order was placed and accepted at 11:37PM. As I'm checking my order update, I see it has been canceled with no notice. I immediately call the store, and am told they stop taking orders at 11:45PM, nor do they deliver to my address (a lie); my order was accepted before your self imposed cutoff time ( not store hours) and you do in fact deliver to my address. Oniesha was of no help, and seemed irritated that I was trying to get my family a late night dinner.

I look forward to hearing from Kelvin or Rogelio. I work in food and beverage, this is no way to run a restaurant. Deciding on your own to cancel and not fulfill a guest's order that is already placed and paid for is ridiculous. To not reach out and explain what you're doing is egregious.

The gal on the phone would not take an order over the phone, said i had to do it online. Was there for the 4th of July weekend, 2025. I have order this same order at numerous locations prior to this, and she would not take our order. Had to go onine to order. She knew the order, but still didn't want to help us. Poor customer service here. Changed my order, to less becuase of this.

I ordered a curbside pizza through this Dominos and It was a surprise to find out that I had to park in the back.
Anyway, the service was quick and they had my order ready.

Don’t listen to the tracker on the app. This location says it’s done but when you go pick up they say a few more mins. Ridiculous they have done this twice

They are quick and the orders are accurate. It's truly service with a smile! Love our local Dominoes!!

They always make some good ‘Za here! I’ve been coming here for years. I always find it’s cheaper than getting 4 bags of chips for my kids to snack on. I’m pretty good at keeping the weight off. But not so much the cholesterol. I gotta be careful but I like this dominoes. The service is low college level, and the atmosphere isn’t full dominoes as it’s a location within a location, but that little corner is definitely a storefront of its own.

I come once a week for my kids who love pizza. I also place my order as carry out as delivery isn’t an option. I’ve never been promoted to leave a review until now. Yesterday while I was picking up my carry out order WITHOUT a tip attached, the employee (black female) made a comment to someone else that “yeah, nobody has been tipping lately…” Maybe it’s just me but I don’t tip when I drive to pick up my order, I tip when I sit down and I’m served. Her attitude & demeanor alone would never warrant her receiving a tip. Customers don’t want to hear it!

Just placed a delivery order, they forgot our salad. No biggie on that part honestly. When I called the guy I spoke to was very friendly, I’m not sure if they thought they put me on hold or not tho; they were talking crap about either my delivery or someone else’s- I don’t think it was the kid on the phone with me, but I definitely heard someone saying it was the customers fault and what not. I just don’t think it was professional. I know it was my fault and I should’ve asked about our salad but it took an hour for the food and I forgot about the salad till my mil asked about it. I get it’s a holiday though so I’m not super upset but they should definitely be more professional.

Place is absolute joke. Avoid at all cost. Buy a frozen totinos pizza and you would be better off. Its inside a gastation so its already sketchy. Then you put their pizza in your mouth and you knew immediately you should have trusted you gut feeling and not ordered from them.

Excellent service and good food! I accidentally sent an order to a different store, and the workers at this location without hesitation made a new one for me at this location. They were awesome and I'll order from here again!
