I’ve been there several times because I really enjoy their food, but lately there’s been some inconsistencies in what used to be my favorite food which are the Tortas. They’ve been very salty, they put a lot of salt in the avocados or idk where it comes from but you can feel the grains of salt in your teeth when chewing it. And today what made me come leave my review was that the tomatoes in my meal were rotten, as you can see in the picture. I’m pretty sure it was a mistake, probably they didn’t notice before cuting it.
The food is (or used to be) so good that it’s so sad that details like this ones are making the quality go down and us not wanting to go back. Hope they put more attention into those details…

I come here to pick up food at least once a week and every time it takes longer to get my food ready. Today I placed my order at 1 pm (taquitos) and they said 15 minutes it’s ready, I showed up at 1:30 pm and they forgot to make my order. There’s was only 2 people eating inside the place. Yesterday I also bought a Torta (milanesa) and it made my stomach upset. I believe it’s a sign for me not to come back.

While visiting Waller, Google guided me to this gem. Everything was so fresh and tasted wonderful. Service was amazing. Genius way a dinning area was added to a catering truck. It's very colorful with many Frida Khalo paintings. It's a must visit. Self service beverage coolers, including adult. Will visit again. Closed Mondays.

DONT come to this establishment. They are super rude here and food is absolutely disgusting. If I could give a negative star for service I would. My first and LAST time coming here.

This place is a hidden gem serving delicious authentic Mexican food. Tortas are the largest i have ever seen 2 to3 could share one...the tacos dolardos are delicious and several choices. Sopes and gorditas are freshly made when ordered. All is made fresh so, you will have a little wait but we'll worth the wait. Can't wait to try their menudo...best place to eat authentic mexican food.

Such a vibrate atmosphere with great food and friendly service. Well air conditioned for an escape from the heat. Food was authentic and the cook was nice enough to customize our order.

Older lady with glasses was very rude when taking order. She had a tough time at paying attention and listening when taking order. They took a very long time to prepare order. Would nit recommend this place. Also air conditioning was not working well too.

📍 Looks Can Be Deceiving
When you follow GPS directions to this spot, don’t worry—it might feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but you’re not lost.

The place is vibrant and full of colorful artwork, which gives it a unique, creative vibe. However, the layout could use improvement. There are so many tables and chairs packed in that it’s hard to walk around comfortably.

🍽️ It’s essentially a food truck with a covered patio, so manage your expectations. While some reviews mentioned friendly staff, that wasn’t my experience. If you’re visiting with a group, be prepared for your food to arrive at wildly different times—one person could finish eating while others are still waiting.

As for the food, it’s fine, but nothing memorable.
