I sure miss the old owner , Our waitress messed up our order twice, got my food she set it by the cash register , checking out customers everybody breathing on the food , when i ask for fresh food the owner got mad, when my husband got his burger what he ordered without the hedge hog sauce , he got it with the sauce , when we said something about the sauce , waitress told the kitchen that we wanted it on the side , we said we dont any sauce , then the owner came out and told us to leave. It is not my fault that you guys messed up our orders or not following health code Also we have been going there for 2 years and since that new guy took over i dont see the regular waitresses anymore and the place went down hill. We wont be going back there

Stopped in for the first time for a business lunch. Our server was very courteous and helpful. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, and it was delicious the fries were seasoned and tasty as well. We also had fried pickles for the table, and they were good too. They were thicker cut than most places but fried well and with their ranch it was fantastic. It's a cute place and next time I'm in the area I'd love to go back.

Stopped by for lunch, surprisingly we both ordered the catfish and shrimp, with fry’s. The catfish was great, IDK where they purchased it from but it was good.
The service was fast and friendly, we will have to try the burgers next time as we snooped as the waitress passed us with some for another customer.
Restroom could use attention, along with better lighting.

Had an early dinner here with a colleague and had a wonderful experience. The server was personable and helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the catfish and fries. The fish tasted fresh and the fries had a seasoning that made them hard to stop eating!
We had a chance to meet and have a conversation with the owner before leaving. He definitely has a passion for the business. It was cool hearing the history of the place and his efforts. Thank you Hedgehog Grill!

Stopped in on a Saturday early evening and after eating there, was sad to not have seen more people. It was delightfully good and the new owner Ziggy was a pleasure! We will definitely be back! Fried pickles and onion rings were amazing and the fried fish literally fell apart in your mouth.

After reading reviews from multiple restaurants along 290 on the hunt for a good chicken fried steak we decided to try this place for an office birthday lunch. We were so pleased with the choice we made!
Apparently 2 of my coworkers, one being the birthday guest, are chicken fried steak connoisseurs, and they were both very impressed saying this is one of the best they’ve had. The fresh green beans were delicious, and my chicken fried chicken was excellent! Juicy and tender with a flavorful flaky crust., and not greasy at all. YUMM! The waitress brought knives, and none of us touched them, everything was cooked to perfection. I normally don’t eat a big lunch, but I finished all of it, thoroughly enjoying every bite. Our waitress was very friendly and personable, as well as attentive and prompt. She even had a good sense of humor when we wanted to prank the birthday guy. The atmosphere was light, and the restaurant was clean. There were not that many patrons, which was surprising, but we’re did go a little early for lunch. All of us agreed that we will definitely be back, and wish we had tried it sooner.
