I am a truck driver dedicated to FedEx in cypress tx. Irvs was on my route and I was able to find parking I am not pleased with all bbq I am pickey, it's good eating fokes, Texas food if u know what I mean and a note for the fat eaters u can request the more fatty meat if this is what makes ur tummy smile otherwise its lean and tender. Irv's is way better bbq than the place down the road that claims to be the best bbq in Texas. Good indoor seating to eat at as well... Bucee's didn't have seating last time I checked.

Stopped in this morning for gas ended up leaving with the best tasting brisket, potato, and cheese taco I've ever had. A major plus with this gas station is they carry independence coffe, which if you haven't tried it's a must! They just got a customer for life.
