I went shopping today and ordered tacos, the food is not good, the service is not very good either and what I hate the most is that they don't put napkins in the food bags,...logically if I placed my order through the drive-thru...they have to put napkins in the bag,

I can’t believe I wanted in line at the drive through for so long.
First of all we waited so long the driver of the car in front of me fell asleep and police had to come and awake him.
Only 1 order was taken at a time. Then it was prepared. The next order was not taken until the previous car left with their food. Totally chaotic and unorganized. I honestly felt that there was only one worker (Asian man)
I received prompt service; the food was hot & fresh; they made a special request milkshake for my son who had just come home from the hospital.

Ordered southern salad had to build it myself ordered grilled chicken and chicken was still partially frozen none of it was even warm didn't get any utensils to eat with horrible customer service had to re order my salad due to the guy taking our order decided not to put in my salad never again!!!!

Walked in wasn't greeted instead was met with ms. Jissel on her phone... she told the person on phone to hang on set her cell down and said what can I get you... food was okay the young man who gave us the order was helpful giving sauces and things but we dined in, while they seemed slow [other employees obviously on phones, playing around, etc] and while they clearly had time on their hands, the tables, floor, and chair definitely needed some attention... we travel all over, this wasn't the worst but definitely not the best !
