Ordered Jack's munchies meal and got 1 ckn tender 2 onion rings maybe 6 curly fries and a han full of regular fri. They said was out of air freshener no ketchup out of BBQ sauce out of taco sauce out of ice out of sauce that comes with meal out of straws out of napkins out of recipe paper out of change and can they keep the change cuz because can't give any back and then asked if we wanted to give a tip

I asked my 12 year old grandson where did he want to go for a snack? Of course Jack in the box. He likes their tiny tacos.
I dont like paying money for something and not getting it. They didnt have more than half the drinks on the machine available they were all not available, no lidsfor regularsize cups. And we paid for 4 tacos and when we got to the stop sign at 290 we noticed there were only 2 tacos in the bag. Were pulling a big trailer so we can't just turn around. That's just not acceptable.

Man, this was bad experience. Come in from out of town and stop here for a quick bite....bad decision. Nothing quick at all. Sat in the drive thru for 18 mins waiting on food. Then got cold fries, missing tacos, and only got half the stuffed jalapeños I ordered. What happened to Jack in the Box?! I am soooooooooop disappointed.
