I dont like paying money for something and not getting it. They didnt have more than half the drinks on the machine available they were all not available, no lidsfor regularsize cups. And we paid for 4 tacos and when we got to the stop sign at 290 we noticed there were only 2 tacos in the bag. Were pulling a big trailer so we can't just turn around. That's just not acceptable.

The food is nasty and cold the last few times we’ve been here it’s not even edible , waste of money
Man, this was bad experience. Come in from out of town and stop here for a quick bite....bad decision. Nothing quick at all. Sat in the drive thru for 18 mins waiting on food. Then got cold fries, missing tacos, and only got half the stuffed jalapeños I ordered. What happened to Jack in the Box?! I am soooooooooop disappointed.

When I go into the restaurant I expect to order with a actual person who speaks English not a kiosk that won't get my order right because I dont know how to work it, that is what the employees are for, to take your order and proceed with giving the food. Hard to do when they dont speak or understand English. Been going to this location for since they opened nearly 20 years ago and today I walked out. I doubt I go back.

The manager at night really needs to learn to manage... Uses excuses about how everyones new but really needs to work on dealing with customers instead of blaming the new staff. Talking bad about your staff is not a good look. Those are your team you shouldnt complain about the ones you do have especially infront or to the customer. She Also needs skill training on how to de-esclate situations where people are frustrated instead of hyping them up and making it a bad night for everyone. Empathy goes a long way.

Drive thru my bun, on my jumbo, Jack, was a little crispier than I expected. But other than that, i found it nostalgic.

They put an inexperienced person at the drive thru at peak hours. Whomever csnt count change. Three times I was late to work because of her. I know everyone needs a chance but they need to have her start at the inside counter until she can learn to count abd where people are not in a hurry. Drive thru is usually people are in a hurry. Do I was forced to start going to their Sonic.

They’re friendly here but every time me or coworkers come here our orders are wrong every time.
I go mainly for the friendly service and grilled cheese kid's meals with a hamburger bun substituted instead of the regular bread. The staff are always excited to see my toddler, and get our order right every time, even though it is always a speciality order. Thank you!
