This girl that works at pizza hit I don’t know her name but she wears black glasses and chunky size wise , anywhooo my food is always good but this girl here is always having a attitude should be rude as heck for no reason they don’t want to stay there and look at you when you say something back. I don’t like her customer service and I hope you get fired gurl are you somewhere else to go? Every time I see her I get disgusting. I want to request for somebody else. This place is a joke , I found a hair in my pizza, which is a serious food safety issue. When I called to report it Hailey, was rude and accusatory. Instead of apologizing or trying to fix the situation, she questioned why I was calling three hours later as if I were lying. I found myself explaining and justifying why dinner wasn’t immediate and was happening later. The fact that this even needed an explanation is beyond ridiculous. This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and has completely turned me off from ordering here again.

I had to come here and pick up my food after the order I had place was not delivered. I called the store twice to see where my order was the first time they told me that the driver was on his way. I waited an additional 30 minutes. The driver never arrived. I then had to drive to the store where they had to remake my order where he goes to tell me that the DoorDash driver must’ve stolen my order. I’m thankful that they remade my order, but they didn’t offer to refund me my delivery fee or the tip that I gave the driver and I was not able to edit that because it was done through their website not through DoorDash. All this is while I was babysitting my niece for my brother‘s birthday was extremely inconvenient & had 2 kids waiting for pizza for about 2 hours.

Ordered online, went in to pick up. Looked like two felons in the store working. The order wasn't ready but I paid when I arrived. Didn't tip as I was picking up the order myself.. could tell the guy noticed. Sat down to wait for my food and overheard the two make a lude comment as to imply that they tampered with my food. Not outright but easily decipherable. He handed me my food, and I left... Tossed the food straight in the garbage. Take of it what you will, but the atmosphere did not leave me wanting to eat anything from here.

Had an issue with the online ordering system and got the wrong order. Error was also on my part, I did not check behind the system. The manager Andrew and the young lady who answered the phone were very helpful and Andrew fixed the order and made it hot and fresh. Thank you.
Just got my pizza and top was burnt on top and bottom was thin crust on a stuffed crust pizza. Kids are super disappointed and can’t bring it back to remake it.

Becareful with the tip calculator on the website. I ordered 28 dollars worth of stuff and tipped the driver 18% which is $5.04. The website says its only 13.4%.
Tip is based off order quantity and service. NOT based off of fees and taxes.
This missleading information can cause a driver to believe they are getting a poor tip as well as falsely make the customer think they are giving a poor tip.
This is the only reason for the low star count
