Whatever you do, do NOT order online here. They will not allow you to scoop up the order at the window but makes you come inside. All of that, and they still got the order wrong. First world problems, but it is still frustrating.

It's 5:30 in the morning and they only have about half a dozen different glazed donuts. if you say your open then your entire menu should be available. I asked them when the cinnamon rolls would be coming out and they said it's going to be a while. I am so disappointed. I have been eating Shipley's donuts since I was 11. i remember walking in at 530 or 6 and the entire menu was available. Not necessarily at this restaurant but I am 60 now and I would think that they wouldn't change the process so that they can lose customers.

Food was fine but I was told not to bring my service dog back.... Umm that's not how that works and it's illegal your gonna get sued by someone not as nice as me research laws regarding service dogs, they have to stay with their owner at all times.

The donuts are really good here I just wish they would learn how to count how many donuts they put in a box so they don't short it and if you don't have the product try calling the customer to verify the substitution

You get the quality you’re used from Shipley! It’s a tiny store, the drive-thru is mostly used here. The service and selection was great for mid-morning.

I was at this location last Saturday morning. I bought a cinnamon twist. I leave and when I bit into to great looking pastry- it was undone. It seemed as if I was eating raw dough with sugar. The next time this happens, i will certainly contact the health, food, safety departments or whomever I need to contact to fix the problem.
Maybe I don’t get there at the right time but every time I come here, kolaches are too fat or too stiff, and donuts aren’t separated so by the time you get home you have a bag of slop. Still tastes good.

Normally, I don’t post reviews after ONE bad experience, but the disappointment from the lack of accountability and customer service yesterday changed my mind. My husband showed up Saturday 10/26 at 7AM to no glazed donuts for 30 minutes. He gives me a call and lets me know. I say “maybe someone didn’t open on time, no big. Wait there or we can eat somewhere else or you can come home and we’ll check it out again in 30.” Him being incredible decides to wait it out. 30 minutes on the dot I send him the “ITS BEEN 30!!!” Text. He goes back in to be told “the original 30 minutes isn’t up. It’ll be 30 more minutes.” That’s not now time works, Bro. Even if it had been 15 minutes, it would only leave 15 minutes. We aren’t unreasonable. Giving us an ACTUAL answer and timeline. Being SINCERE instead of having an attitude woulda gone sooooooo much further. I know in the grand scheme of Waller as a whole “what does our business matter in a town of 3000 people?” It doesn’t. It DOES mean we’ll be taking it elsewhere though.

no outlets cant charge my devices stopped here while walking through waller county i really badly needed directions so i had to unpack my laptop and use it to get directions because my phone no longer holds a charge. im homeless this place does not want to hire me and im about fed up to my eye balls with this kinda place. i dont know enough Spanish to get the job.
i am almost to austin now thanks for the prompt reply and the acknowledgement. I am forced to attempt to get immediate employment when i fail to get hired in a short period of time precisely before harassment starts by the local law enforcement agencies or vigilantes i am forced to move along to escalate potentially violent end to my life. i have been shot for passive panhandling before and dont intend to stay anywhere i am told told i have no first amendment right to seek assistance this way. in waller counties case before i even made it into waller a county officer threatened to arrest me.
so eh i walked out of the area. brenham i had a simular experience multiple interviews in the first couple days by the end of the third day i had to seek faith mission for assistance which was lacking by the end of the 4th day i had to start panhandling when i was threatened by presumably two different off duty officers. so i left tomorrow i enter east Austin without a dollar to my name and a empty stomach
