Boudan kolache and poboy are amazing here. However, it also depends on who is in that day. The person who we think is the owner and his wife do a great job... however we had stopped going a while back because the person who was cooking it was under cooking it and the bread would be soggy. However, I think they let that person go because we recently started going again and only see the owner and who we believe to be his wife... and have since quality is back to being perfect
I've been going to Snowflakes for years now - even before i was a teen. The donuts an donut holes still are in fleek and their kolaches... to die for. Also, new to the menu i see, are their boudin kolaches. The truth.
