I ordered a footlong meal with a tip ($18). I checked in at arrival. No one came out with order. I walked in, and was given someone elses order. ($6) Manager had a terrible attitude. She said a customer took my order, i corrected her saying it was given to the customer. She then hung up on me. I called her back, and she gave me my refund. Btw, the flat sandwitch that was given to me was terrible.

The 2 young ladies that were working here today, were amazing. Very friendly and inviting. They seem to really love their jobs and made it a nice place to have lunch!

DO NOT EAT HERE! I was passing through on a road trip with a friend of mine and this locations staff was very rude! It also had a strange smell and tons of flies where the food is. I used to work in food service and this was extremely disappointing! This location should really reconsider who they have representing them! I found a much nicer location in Cypress, TX!

The bread they made my sandwich with today must have been ancient…. It’s not burnt but the entire piece of bread has the texture of a crouton. I know they have to recognize this but they still chose to serve it to a customer. Very disappointed. I assume management is trying to pinch pennies and not make enough bread/reuse bread because they often run out of variety early in the day.

First of all I accidentally didn't select toasted so they wouldn't toast it even though I asked. Then when we started eating our food we found long blond hair in the sub. I would not go back.

Visited family in the area and came in for a sandwich. There were 2 employees present. While one was busy with two orders, the employee cleaning the floors came to prepare my order. He never washed his hands and was controversial when I inquired about it.
He continued to argue with me. He didn't have a badge on, so I can't identify him.
But I won't be back. Employees need to follow hygiene protocols to keep their customers safe. Furthermore, be respectful because connfronting customers is unacceptable.

The food was decent, but the two young girls making the sandwiches are the slowest I have ever seen. Snails move at a faster speed. When we walked in there were 3 people in line. (They ordered normal one sandwich each) the line moved so slow that my 2 year old ate an entire bag of chips.

I am a doordasher, and when I had a break I went to get myself a sandwich for lunch. As soon as I walked in, the lady sweeping the restaurant was warm and inviting, and welcomed me. When I went to order my sandwich, a young man (I eventually learned his name was Luke,) was extremely attentive and fulfilled my order perfectly! He was extremely polite and accommodating, and while I was having my sandwich made, a lady named Amber made small talk, to make me feel welcome as well. I have never experienced this attitude at a subway before! Usually the employees want to rush you in and rush you out, but at this location I felt like family. Keep up the amazing work!

Usually I LOVE this location, however, tonight I went to get dinner and when I walked up to the door (all lights on) and pulled the handle it was locked. It was 7:30 and I did not know they close at 8 on Sundays. I understand there was 30min until close, however, I was very disappointed to see they locked up so early. Everything was ok as we went to the location in Hockley instead but please don’t close early we love your location and you make the best sandwiches!
Terrible customer service plz do not go there
Terrible customer service an order was placed for pick up at this location, came to pick up the order it was no where in the system. Which I understand computers glitch etc. But the 2 girls behind the counter had no solution as to how to resolve the issue when I asked about receiving my money back I was told not to cut her off when speaking and to figure it out online. There is no customer service number to recieve your money back from Subway when ordering online. So BEWARE when you place an order for pickup this store will profit and you never get your food or an apology or solution about what happened.

They are open untill 10pm but always have the chairs and tables picked up by 730 and tell you that the lobby is closed. So after 730, forget about sitting down to eat there
