The outside looks like a real good place to get BBQ. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The brisket was presliced, that's what they do up north, and brisket should never be presliced. Then when asked if I wanted lean or moist, NO, it must be one or the other,no mixing. Your competitors will mix it. This is the first time I've ever been told one or the other. I tried calling on the phone, no answer and the mailbox is too full to leave a message.

Mixed review. Food was above average and definitely feels like an authentic Texan bbq with all its complimentary sides and fixin’s. Their afternoon colored Staff for that day was not friendly but defensive even when asked simple questions for a new comer. At first I thought I was the problem, but the customer in front and behind us also had issues. Not sure if they just had a bad day or are used to people taking advantage of them. Ice machine and half fountain drinks were out. The food wasn't what I expected. Had to repeat myself to person taking my order like 3 times she couldn't hear me. Cashier was very friendly
