We booked Ben for our wedding in September 2025. He and his team did great! We had about 130 guests and fed them fajitas. Ben suggested chips and queso for the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres which everyone enjoyed. Several people raved about how great and tasty the food was. The food here is absolutely delicious. I had used them for my wedding and had set up for 75 people. Well I had about 60-65 rsvp’s so 75 plates would be plenty. Turns out only about 50 people showed up and I had already planned on tons of leftovers I would just freeze.Well at the end of the night there was not a single thing to pack up as leftovers. Ben's Chuckwagon recently catered to a funeral I attended, the service was great down to wrapping the leftovers. The food was exceptionally delicious down to the home made bread. I will recommend them any time.?
