DO NOT EAT HERE!! I just went and got a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me moldy bread! Absolutely disgusting, you will get sick if you eat here. I can’t believe the staff would give someone moldy bread. This place needs to be shut down.

I ordered an 8pc nuggets. I got 8 nuggets. While adequate, they are Not Mcnuggets! Jack in the Box was the only place to eat, at the exit we were at.😒

Been here twice. Only came the second time because I'd forgotten i came the first time. Need to close this place down. Don't have hardly any menu items, slowest drive through service in Texas and the food was cold. Go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor

I didn’t new the menu and the guy told me 13 is good I ask what else this chicken sandwich has in it? He didn’t told me anything about bacon (pork) waits for 15 minutes and once I open the sandwich I ask the lady is it pork? She said yes, let me take it. That’s funny she came few minutes later with same sandwich just removed the bacon and refried the chicken. I was starving I eat it but it was tasting bad.
Zero star. Bad people!

Yesterday I asked for the shift leader pacifically, and I wanted to make sure that my chicken got placed in good Greece. Instead My food was overcooked extremely I couldn’t even chew my chicken. It felt like it has been re-dropped and overcooked also asked manager was the vegetable was pretty fresh and he said yes, and he still gave me lettuce that had brown stuff on the edges. The last time I came on Easter, the cook was given instructions from the manager Joshua to make the drive-through order and my mobile order was pushed to the back this time I asked for the manager Joshua to make my sandwich because the cook can not fit the gloves and the gloves keep busting on his hands when Joshua made my sandwich he was in the far corner I seen myself being made because I asked for the special bread with the number 13 and then I’m thinking my order is ready and he keeps saying I’ll be waiting on the chicken. This was for at least 7 to 8 minutes that was no problem but then I get my sandwich and it’s overcooked. I think this team in the afternoon needs to retrain and also the shift leader needs to know that everybody order is valuable and if a mobile order says zero dollars for free it means that I’m a loyal Customer and has earned the point for a free sandwich doesn’t mean take care of the orders first for the people that’s paying cash and mobile orders is not secondary to drive-through or front counter

Staff couldn't care less about your order.. or you. Never seen people move so slow.. and still asking you to pull around so their drive through time looks good. The young white kid at the drive through window is the only person that cares. He need a raise.. Everyone else in there is horrible.
