Worst burger and fries ever. First time I went was in TX. The burger didn't look like real beef. I thought I was going to get sick. My stomach was upset all day. Sorry Jack in the Box but never again

If I could leave a zero, I would. Stopped in for food and hours show they close at 12 am and we arrived at 11:40 pm. They ignored us at the drive thru and waived us on at the window. 20 minutes before close. They should change their hours if not going to be open when they say.

I only had 20 minutes to grab lunch, so I swung in this JItB to grab a quick chicken sandwich and a drink. Bonus: They had a Freestyle.
But after I paid for my meal and went to get my drink, I noticed that the Freestyle only had Coke. A dozen black buttons. Strike 1.
And after I waited 10 minutes for my chicken sandwich to come out, the manager told me they'd run out of chicken. Run out of chicken. Isn't that something they knew when they took my order and money? Strike 2.
He said he'd have to refund my entire order, so I figured at least he was going to comp me the $3 soda for ruining my lunch. Nope: After processing my refund, he re-rang up my soda and re-billed me the $3. Plus, I'm not going to stay there with no food, so he effectively deprived me of my chance to get a refill. Strikes 3 and 4.
Avoid this JItB at all cost.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I just went and got a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me moldy bread! Absolutely disgusting, you will get sick if you eat here. I can’t believe the staff would give someone moldy bread. This place needs to be shut down.
