I just spent 30 minutes of my life there... and left without any food. Never answered the drive thru, waited on the car in front of me at least 20 minutes and drove off behind them

Got food to go as we were on a road trip to New Ulm Texas. Food was great! 😁
This Jack in the Box was a bit out of the ordinary due to being in a gas station. Although it was right off of the interstate at the first gas station that you pass, it wasn't open 24 hours which led to my only issue here. When I tried to order tacos, mini or regular, they told me they were out of tacos because they were frozen....My reply was, they're always frozen until you cook them, right? Either way, I visited an hour and a half before they were scheduled to close but they still refused to cook tacos....although they did cook my fried fresh....(Aren't they frozen, too??) Other than that minor flaw, the food was good.
I'm here now. The ice machine is out, and the sodas are flat. Still waiting on the food.

I just pulled in for some tiny tacos. A boy named Keagain waited on us at drive thru. Both my knees are bleeding and my husband and I are very distracted. My husband accidentally said Yes ma'am to Keagain and he got pissed. My husband apologized to him right away and again at the window. This guy was very insulting with his attitude. If you don't like working with the public - find a different job. I'm glad the receipt has all this information on it for when I call and complain to customer service.
