It’s a very average Texas BBQ place. I got the two meat plate, brisket and sausage. I get this same plate at every BBQ joint I visit, I feel like it’s a good metric of what Texas BBQ should be. The sausage was better than the brisket. The later definitely needed some sauce to give it flavor. The two sides were pretty good.

The food was good, however, when we got there we weren't acknowledged, I get they were busy but a simple I'll be with you in just a minute is nice, we ordered and food didn't take long, it was hot and good for what we did get, I ordered the steak burger dinner and my hubby got the sausage dinner, they forgot, our bread, which they did bring out, we never got our side of French fries and my side salad, but I made it good cause I swapped them out for desserts since...
