I just came through the drive-thru.... And a wonderful woman named Darlene took my order. I made a large order but I wanted to do a huge shout out to her because her customer service skills are exceptional! I didn't have to wait very long and my food was very hot and fresh! Way to go Burger King!!

I love this store very much , customer service is alway on point , food is always fresh and hot. Wait time varies between rush hour. But this particular issue has occurred 3 times in the past month where I have come in on a Monday at the same time as the GM and she is always very rude to her employees. I have been in management for 25 plus years and the way she comes in to supposedly try and get her store in order is not okay and it very well does not sit right with me. The young man on front counter you can tell how his mood changed as soon as she walked in yelling, talking to them like they are babies. the two heavy sets just looked as if they were used to it. More people need to be aware of this and it needs to be took up the food chain cause it’s ridiculous. I hope to never come back while she’s on any shift !!!

This is a little late, but I didn’t want to miss the chance to give credit where it’s due. I forgot her name, but the woman working the drive-thru window on 4/23/25 between 9–10 AM is an absolute gem. After a rough experience at the McDonald’s across the street (check that review out 🤦♂️), she completely turned our mood around with nothing more than her personality and energy. From the moment she first spoke over the intercom, her joyful and upbeat tone was unexpected—in the best way.
If customer service had a mascot, it would be her. The food was delicious too, but honestly, I hope the company realizes what a true treasure they have on their hands!

The food was great as it usually is but to wait 22 minutes for a Number 4 Combo pulled up next to 4 other cars waiting and none behind me I don't understand.
👑Ms D! 👑Ms Shun! Unfortunately, I didn't get the young lady's name who prepared the food for me but they are a SUPER AWESOME TRIO! Everyone was personable, attentive, and they handled the many orders professionally and fast! Seriously, I may just stop by there from time to time just to say hello to some very nice people even if I'm not hungry. My Junior Whopper was exactly how I asked for it, the restaurants clean, and the customer service is 100%. I appreciate Y'all.

This place needs to be shut down. If you come here, be prepared to: -Spend 20 minutes on a two item order -Absolutely never receive any dipping sauce -have requests (such as no lettuce) ignored -get just enough condiment to paint a bun -watch employees walk outside and sit in thier car -be looked at as though you're the problem -drink something other than what you ordered
In summary, while they will ask how they can "make your day awsome" it is only because it's an inside joke for the employees, as they are laughed at each and every one of us.
The attached photo is the new Maple BBQ burger. It comes with two different kinds of bacon, and two different sauces. As you can see, that's not possible. There is one bacon on the mug.
