I placed a mobile order, thought initially 1 item was wrong. 2 items were wrong. A small mistake of chicken fries instead of chicken nuggets. And then my bacon cheese burger had no bacon. When I told the person there I got a wrong item. She said it was the right item and sent me on my way. Anyways, last time I'll be going there.

We travel all over the country for work and come down from Chicago once a month always a stop for us for breakfast sandwiches by far the best burger king in all our travels the woman that works the counter is phenomenal think her name Darlene as well as the girl preparing food great food beyond expecting service and always look forward to the stop

This was the dirtiest Burger King I've ever been to. The ketchup machines didn't work, service was sooo slow.
I just came through the drive-thru.... And a wonderful woman named Darlene took my order. I made a large order but I wanted to do a huge shout out to her because her customer service skills are exceptional! I didn't have to wait very long and my food was very hot and fresh! Way to go Burger King!!

I love this store very much , customer service is alway on point , food is always fresh and hot. Wait time varies between rush hour. But this particular issue has occurred 3 times in the past month where I have come in on a Monday at the same time as the GM and she is always very rude to her employees. I have been in management for 25 plus years and the way she comes in to supposedly try and get her store in order is not okay and it very well does not sit right with me. The young man on front counter you can tell how his mood changed as soon as she walked in yelling, talking to them like they are babies. the two heavy sets just looked as if they were used to it. More people need to be aware of this and it needs to be took up the food chain cause it’s ridiculous. I hope to never come back while she’s on any shift !!!
