I just came through the drive-thru.... And a wonderful woman named Darlene took my order. I made a large order but I wanted to do a huge shout out to her because her customer service skills are exceptional! I didn't have to wait very long and my food was very hot and fresh! Way to go Burger King!!
I love this store very much , customer service is alway on point , food is always fresh and hot. Wait time varies between rush hour. But this particular issue has occurred 3 times in the past month where I have come in on a Monday at the same time as the GM and she is always very rude to her employees.
