Even after ordering with no tomatoes and reconfirming when I heard the woman making the burgers say “no onions” I still get tomatoes on them. I made it pretty clear that I have an allergy to them and that they can’t be on my burger. So $18 later, I have two burgers that I can’t eat to get through my 14 hour shift. I guess I don’t understand what could possibly be so hard about giving people what they pay for.

Came here against our better judgement because of our last experience but once again we were met with a rude incompetent staff. The 12 year olds they had working couldn’t take an order and even after messing our order up twice and me being as nice as possible and willing to pay for the things they forgot… they were still confrontational about fixing their mistakes so we left with cold food. We will not be back to this location and I suggest anyone driving down I 20 to make another food choice also.

Please take the girl off the window and place her in the kitchen. Very “blah” attitude. They were out of chili and medium cups. Perhaps close if you’re out of everything. It took forever for someone to “greet” me at the drive thru and I use the word “greet” loosely, as I never received a “hello,” “thank you,” or “bye” — zero stars.

Potatoes were just white & starchy, it was OK not great.
Food is good but they will milk you on charging for condiments. No set price. One day I'm charged $1 for two sour creams and then $1 a pack. Guess they make it up as you go. Only off 59 in Marshall.
