I visited catfish village last year for the first time in years and it was delicious!! The food was hot, tasty and satisfying!! The only thing that I was puzzled about, they give you your sides in small dipping sauce containers. And It was like a teaser🤤. But, I was able to get more when asked. The waitress was really sweet and gracious. Loved my experience!! Would definitely come back!!!! The atmosphere so nostalgic and had a calming country feel. Not to mention that lakeside...
We recently visited Catfish Village with a massive group—about 12 tables worth of friends and family—to celebrate a birthday. Coordinating a party that size is no small feat, but the staff handled it impressively well.

Overall, it is a great atmosphere. I love the deck around it with the view of the lake. Very scenic. However the food was just ok. I truly enjoyed the oysters and the fish but it was not at all to the level of satisfaction I expected or anticipated. There was an undisclosed upcharge for the baked potato fixings. But otherwise it was a nice outing.
