“The problem is not the service or the food but it's the equipment. I went into stall 14. I pushed the red button and the screen went dark. I stopped the carhop "Tugger" who said that they all go dark but they still can hear inside. After I explained how it was lit up until I pushed the button, he agreed to take my order manually once he gets inside. As he left, the order menu rebooted. It showed me that it's running Windows 7. Then it showed me all of the child processes it had to call to bring up the order menu. After a few more screens, the order menu came up. I pushed the button again and got an attendant immediately. I placed my order and when finished, the menu froze up. I had to give my carhop my card and let her go back in to run it. Sorry about that Holly. I stopped another carhop, a very sweet lady, and let her know. She says that happens a lot. Oh yeah! My stall had painted graffiti on the menu, too. So, maybe upgrading the software and beautifying the stalls would get you better reviews. Definitely not the staff's fault for the poor reviews.“
