$37 for two adults is insane. If you want better food for a better price, I recommend the Asian King Buffet by the NE Mall. I can guarantee the food quality and price will be way better than this monstrosity I witnessed today.
Furthermore, the lack of watermelon was disheartening. The orange chicken had no flavor. Dare I say it? Panda Express has better orange chicken than this! Where were the cream cheese ragoons? Where was that slaw?

Absolutely trash old dry food dont put out fresh food. they have an attitude when you tell them about it. I been here 2 or 3 times never again though its bad . wish I took some pictures the crabs looked a week old

Asian Buffet is my go to place when I’m in the mood for a buffet. They offer a wide variety of food, including hibachi and a sushi bar. The service is quick, and the servers are constantly clearing away dirty plates. The restaurant is spacious, with plenty of seatings for small and big groups. For the price, the amount of decent food you can choose from is hard to beat…what more can you ask for!

We did go about and a half before closing time. We were excited that we found a closed buffet. There was barely any food out and what was out looked as if it had been sitting a while. We left quickly…never to return.

Y’all, I am absolutely appalled and angry at a restaurant in Watauga Texas. The restaurant is call Asian Buffet (817-788-9999) on Denton highway in the Target parking lot. Here is what happened:
My family and I went there for dinner. After we were done eating, my kids and I were standing at the front by the register waiting for my husband. I witnessed the woman from the restaurant charging 4 young black men (probably teens to late teens) for their dinner BEFORE they ate. I witnessed the woman from the restaurant hand them silverware and waved them on and told them to “go sit over there.” She wouldn’t even seat them like she did everyone else in that restaurant. I could feel my blood starting to boil. I went over to the young men and asked them if they are always treated this way, to which one responded “it’s ok ma’am”. I was also told the it “seemed strange because we always pay after eating.” I apologized to these young men for the way they were treated and we left but not before I looked at the lady and glared at her.
As we got to our truck, I called the restaurant and I told her that what she did was discrimination and racist and how dare she treat them like that. I of course also told her that we would never be back to their establishment. She started getting angry and saying that the police told them to charge young people first because in the past, other people have left without paying. I asked her why she didn’t charge the young oriental man before he ate or the young people behind us or the young people on the other side of the restaurant before they ate. I again told her that she was racist.
Y’all, my husband used to be a cop and he said that the cops probably wouldn’t do that because it could open them up to a lawsuit. I can’t stand racist people or businesses.
