I ate breakfast a little late so I was the only one there. There was only dregs in the coffee pot. The biscuits are not good but better than the white gravy, which wasn't white. The bacon seemed cheap. Everything seemed made with cheap ingredients. They did make me a fresh pot of coffee that tasted burnt. I wanted to like it. It kind of felt like showing up at a family member's house when they weren't expecting you but they threw together a meal...and they're on a pauper's budget.

My first time having Campfire Grill and Texas, my guy friend went and ordered the blackened catfish and rice, it was awesome. We went today and I had chicken fried chicken, mash potatoes, green beans, and grape kool-aid. It was Spectacular. The food is soo good here, can't wait to go back and try something else. Kool-aid was a great and surprising add on plus they have pure cane sugar drinks as well which is great. Customer service was 5 ?!!!! My favorite new place, LOVVEEEEE!!!!!

We had a wonderful breakfast for our first visit here. The menu is clear and checkout is easy. Did not have to wait long for our food. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hashbrowns had the perfect ratio of crispy and tenderness. My husband had the chicken fried steak and it had the perfect amount of seasoning. My French toast was melt in your mouth goodness. I would highly recommend checking out this cozy restaurant which is easy to access from the road. Plenty of parking too.

So my wife and I go to this restaurant had 4.6 stars let’s give it a shot .my wife orders chicken, fried steak and eggs over easy she Was brought 2 what looked like eggs that were cooked to long with No egg yolk . Chicken fried stake was not good at all no flavor not something or place I would ever recommend if y’all are apart of the 4.6 stars you have nasty taste buds and have to start brushing your teeth Tongue and rim of your mouth 1max$14 for small Chicken fried steak a very little hashbrowns, portion, and eggs the way you don’t want it restaurant I think. Have a good day.

My brother and I decided to pop in to Campfire Grill after his doctor's appointment in the same plaza. If you like home style cooking, get in your car and head on over! Bubba got the lunch special order of the BBQ meatloaf, with green beans and mac & cheese, which was an upgrade at only .50¢ and I got the Chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. First off, the green beans are DELICIOUS, oh my goodnesssssss, I could eat a bowl of those all by themselves! The CFS was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Really good. The mashed potatoes were silky and flavorful, and that gravy... no packaged gravy there, it was like what my Mamaw used to make! We will be putting Campfire grill in our rotation for sure, the staff was also incredibly friendly, I did knock one star off for the whole Menu up on screens above the order window literally ceiling height, that's just a personal preference for me, the whole dining experience is minimized if I have to go to a window like a concession stand at a ball game. They seem to have a pretty extensive menu, but the psychological pressure to find what I want while people are impatiently standing behind me is so icky. But the other reason I took off a star is the POS system asking me for a tip. What???? I have to order my food at a window, fill my own drink, and gather my silverware? I think it's crummy. If you want me to pay for your staff, just build the tip into the cost of the meal and pay them better. So going forward we will probably get our order to go, but it's the overall experience, of not having table service, not the tip lol, we prefer table service because I'm disabled, along with my brother. Good food for sure, so don't sleep on trying them out if you're craving some good Texas home cooking!
