Normally, this has been a favorite. Today was not good. The hostess didn't bother to greet us, just said "this way" and stood staring while we sat down. She didn't give us place settings, just went back to scrolling on her phone. Our server wasn't good either. Had to ask for silverware again and it took over 40 minutes to get the food to us in a relatively empty place. No smiles from anyone in there today. Not sure I'll bother with them again.

The staff is very warm and friendly. They stayed calm during a busy rush. They were also helpful whenever we asked questions or for anything.The food is good. You get a lot of food for the price.

My family of 4 was just here. ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! I think our waiter forgot about us because we sat at our table for about 20 minutes before getting up and leaving. He never came back to take our order and he was standing at the counter talking to other workers. WE WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN!!

Ordered online, went to pick up my order 10 minutes after the time I was given my order would be ready, just to be told my order wasn’t ready. After waiting 20 minutes and the ladies working takeout walking pass me multiple times, one lady stopped and asked my name again and what did I order because she didn’t see it. I showed her my receipt. My order was literally sitting with the to go orders the entire time! All she said was I’m so sorry and walked away. Do better with your service. I enjoy the food here but that was just ridiculous.

Ordered through doordash. No dressing for salad no rolls and no dr pepper chocolate cake all is on receipt. Its not the end of world but come on man you have 1 job simply put the items in the bag. Pure laziness.

I love Cotton Patch, but this visit wasn't up to standard. We were on our way to an event and gave ourselves an hour and 15 min to eat and make it to the event on time. Our server was great and very sweet. We were seated immediately cause they weren't really busy. After waiting 30 min for our food, we noticed the people who came in after us had already been served. We expressed concern about having enough time to eat. A manager went and checked. The server came back and apologized and gave us our bill so we could pay and leave as soon as we were done. It was still another 10 min before our food came out. We managed to scarf down half and box up the rest. We made it to our event on time, but we didn't get to enjoy our dinner. I don't blame our server. I think it was the kitchen at fault. Also, for the price, the portions were small. What I was able to eat before we had to leave was very good, just wish I could have enjoyed it, instead of being in a rush.
