I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

My order was sent to the wrong address. I was told to come in for a replacement but then they tried to charge me again after I was told differently over the phone. So I never got my food nor a refund

Had I known this was wings from Chili’s just renamed so people don’t associate it with the chili’s brand then I wouldn’t have ordered from here.Ordered 4 different sets of wings. 1 was supposed to be lemon pepper and the wings were total naked and unseasoned. The other 3 sets of wings had various sauces but no sauce was actually on the wings. They were naked wings with a small dip of sauce in a corner of the box and not enough to season all the wings. They didn’t even bother to toss the wings in sauce.Worst wing experience.Edit: In response to owners reply, this order was made through curbside pick up.

I just ordered from the one in Keller through doordash. Not sure if it is this location but they got me the wrong order and the food they did get me was cold and disgusting. Not like the restaurant is far from me and my name was on the bag so no excuses. 0/5 stars. Will not even consider eating there again.

I know many of you have been to a Chili's and the reviews may not help but this Chili's has a great staff that makes the food taste better because it's faster! And with the new savings plan you can often get a free dessert or appetizer. They are extremely fast on the burgers/ribs (their staple) so anything else I can't vouch for but the burgers and ribs is why you come here. Even crowded nights they are fast. I would give it a chance for family style or sports bar style dining in. The price is great for the food you're getting so come and give this location a shot.

We have been Chili's fans for over 20 years...... When you go to Chili's, you go because you know what to expect. The food here was absolutely fine, and our waitress Elyssa was great. The problem was that they have new electronic table pads. Naturally my kids enjoy these, and it keeps them busy whilst we wait for food to arrive. However, the pad kept freezing up. It was really annoying me and the kids and I spent the whole time waiting for our food trying to get it to work. I then tried to log into my Chilis member account to use a free drink voucher and that wouldn't work either. We brought it to the attention of the waitress when she delivered our food, who tried to re-set it (it was still frozen.) Well, it did not seem to want to re-set. By the time we had eaten our food, it still had not re-set. Not too big a deal, until I received my bill.....THEY HAD CHARGED US FOR THE ENTERTAINMENT PAD THAT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!!! I highlighted this to the waitress and from what I heard other customers saying around us, this seemed like a common problem (the entertainment not working.) The waitress got the manager over, we highlighted the problem, she tried to fiddle with the entertainment pad saying something about them being new. The manager said she'd take the charge off for us. By the time we got up to leave, the manager returned and surprise surprise - it still hadn't re-set! Now to be honest, I don't even know why the waitress had to get the manager to come and see us just to take off the entertainment charge....the waitress could clearly see it was frozen. Nor do I know why we had to sit there and watch the manager play around with it for several minutes (almost as if to prove to us that it DID work).... all i cared about was getting this stupid charge off my bill and enjoy my meal, pay for my meal and leave with out the staff being so focused on getting the entertainment pad to work. It annoyed me enough to make me decide that we won't be returning to Chili's any time soon. It also highlighted to me that no where does it state that you even get charged extra for the table entertainment - there should be a disclaimer that you agree to the charge when you begin using it, at least then people have a choice to decide yes or no. If I am honest, there shouldn't even be a charge for using the entertainment - it should be provided as a customer perk to encourage families to come and eat at Chilis. Instead, it has put me off returning! Finally, the manager of this store was awful.

The southwest egg rolls are surprisingly tasty. Consider a cup of chili or potato soup as a side, they're also really good.
