I want to give a huge shout out to the Rufe Snow Little Caesars. On NYE, I sent my 15 year old in to grab the pizza order from the portal, she messed it up (shockingly my teen didn't listen to my instructions). I made her go back in to get the rest of the order. Big miscommunication with her and the staff. I went in and the staff fixed the order even though it was our fault. They didn't have to do what they did. NYE was busy and I am sure they had a long day but they made our night. Thank you!

Found out this location has a new owner who no longer provides any Parmesan or pepper flakes. Also when trying to order online didn’t see the 3 meats pizza. Pizza was a little under cooked and too saucy.

My last 2 pizzas have been HORRIBLE ... cold nasty and thrown together. Damn we pay for our pizzas, y'all are not giving us shit free, the least you can do is make them right!!!! But don't worry, I won't be back!!!! I refuse to give my money to a company who hires people who don't care!!!!!!!

I just bought a pizza from 5 Carnes and it has long hair

The main reason I go to the Little Caesars on Rufe Snow, and I don’t go to Dominoes or even Pizza Hut that is practically in the same parking lot is because of a guy named—Chris. This guy has become somewhat of a legend in Watauga, and once you hear the stories about him, it’s easy to see why.

One person told me that Chris once ran out of the store and rescued an elderly lady who had wandered away from the senior living center across the street, saving her life. Another person said that Guy Fieri himself offered Chris a job at one of his restaurants, but he turned it down because he didn’t want to leave the store and staff in Watauga.

I even met someone who worked for Chris at Little Caesars, and she shared how much he cares for his team. She was a single mom going through a tough year, and for Christmas, Chris bought her and her son an entire Christmas dinner, complete with a ham.

It’s not just about the pizza here—it’s the way Chris goes above and beyond for his customers, his team, and his community. Little Caesars on Rufe Snow Road wouldn’t be the same without him. If you’re in the area, stop by and experience the magic for yourself—you might even get to meet the legend himself! Solid 5 stars from me.
