I’ve gone there twice and both times they messed up my first two orders. The first order I called the phone number on the ticket. No one picks up. It’s a Google phone number. I emailed them sent him a picture and they sent me a card to pay for my meal which didn’t accumulate to the value of what it was worth. The second time once again was breakfast. I called the number obviously no one picks up. Then I sent the email. No one responded. This one is by far the worst McDonald’s service ever.

Ever since this location went to kiosk ordering it's gone down hill, no one at the register or front desk! Can't get help from any of the employees, they look right at you & turn away! Worst experience ever at a fast food place😡

Do not go inside at this location. Horribly slow and understaffed. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 6 piece nuggets while I watched food fly out to the drive thru.

Ordered large fries and cheeseburger with tomato and lettuce....both cold. Didn't go back through drive thru because had hungry kids in car. I usually don't go to this location but never again!!!

I visited this location in the afternoon, and it was quite busy when I arrived. I quickly noticed customers already expressing dissatisfaction, and I soon understood why. When my order was ready, I realized my Happy Meal was missing. I returned to the counter to inform the staff, and the employee, a Jamaican gentleman, gave me a dismissive look as if I were at fault. When I explained that my Happy Meal was missing, he responded rudely with, "What do you mean?" without acknowledging the mistake. He then turned around and instructed another employee to retrieve the missing item without offering an apology.

As we were leaving, my son requested a refill, which took longer than expected. When the refill was finally brought out, it was placed abruptly on the counter without any courtesy, and my son had to reach across someone else's order to grab it. The overall experience left a lot to be desired, and it was disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism. If employees are dissatisfied with their work, it might be best to consider alternative options.

It's sad when you order a McGriddle it's thrown in the bag and comes unwrapped not properly wrapped. So much for drive thru service.

Not sure if someone took the day off and left them short staffed, but getting human service was extremely slow. The food tasted great but fish sandwich was served with an overflowing ridiculous amount of tartar sauce and the bottom bun was folded in half, so that was a mess in the car.

Road trippers might want to plan for a longer wait time if they stop here.

Just found a hair in my McChicken. The cookies I ordered are also due to expire 10 minutes before my purchase. How disgusting. It's VERY safe to say, I won't be buying food from here anymore. If I can find a hair, you can find worse.
