Exceptional Customer service while giving great quality food. The staff is always ensuring that the customers are well served and treated well. They go above and beyond to making sure we’re satisfied.
Love it. Andy was very attentive and quick. Food was done GREAT, hot, and juicy. Very quick and prompt service. Even when the place looks busy, they keep up and got our 2 burgers, onion rings, french fries, AND a steak philly in less than 15 minutes.
Placed an order for a family meal of four burgers, four fries, & four drinks. Drinks were immediately given to us, but the family that ordered AFTER us received their food before us, & they had ordered the same thing. Plus, the employees then tried to deliver our order to that same table, but were told it wasn't theirs. They took it back to the kitchen, & were trying to figure out who it belongs to, when some one from the table it didn't belong went up...
