I was really hopeful with the huge menu, but the flavors were lacking. I bought the margarita and it just tasted like lime. I was a little confused on why it wasn't just called lime lol. The ice was the perfect consistency, though!

The snow cones taste great and the employees are very nice, but the drive thru service is way too slow to the point where I don’t want to come back unless I see the drive thru completely empty when I arrive.
A Wednesday afternoon and I waited about 20 minutes in line after paying at the first window. I understand they need to be made to order as you pull up otherwise they would melt but maybe a better idea could be to take the order at the time of making the snow cones, I feel like I paid and now I’m just waiting for what feels like forever to get what I paid for.

The shiver shack is my FAVORITE snowcone/snowballs spot in the area. My family has been coming here for over a decade. There is a such a variety of flavors, always amazing service (love the owners), great space to sit and hang out or get it and go in the drive through! I also appreciate the great options for add-ons. You really can create the flavor and experience you want or go with their specialities and recommendations. Love love love! Highly recommend!

Omg, best snocone ever, more like fluffed ice pillows if you would. Got a large and it was a lot bigger than I expected, but I did it. Complete. Will definitely be back. But maybe a Mardi gras bucket next time! Thanks, y'all are the best.
