The employees are always friendly, polite and patient. Even when they are busy, they stay on top of the orders and keep a cool head. The snocones are actually impressive also. It's not too sugary or thick with syrup and the prices are very reasonable, no matter if you dont usually have extra money for non-ecentials. My kids love it and we have been loyal customers for somewhere around 8 years and try to go every week during the summer.
The cups are bigger than they look on display. We all got 1 size bigger than we should, but we finished them anyway. The flavors were good and made just right. No bare ice and no wasted juice. Their prices don't include tax, so when you order any size expect a surprise when they ask for payment, and weird amounts. Friendly people and appropriate speed for a small but busy operation. Worth a stop anytime you pass, but especially if there is no line.
