I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.
Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.
But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.
Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.
I refuse to leave lower review because im always getting great service at this location, but this morning was unacceptable. And I have a photo I wont post here to confirm the correct person is followed up with.

I wasn’t greeted or welcomed into the store as this was my 1St time and I was ready to turn around & take my money elsewhere but I stayed because I wanted to try something new dissatisfied was the feeling I walked away with

About 6 months ago I ordered a smoothie bowl and there were 2 ingredients they didn't have. They were nice over the call and worked with me to swap ingredients, no problem. Last week I order just a coffee smoothie and I get a call saying something is out. I told them I didn't want a replacement and to refund me. 2 days later, still no refund so I call to get it again. 2 days later, still no refund. Called once more and no answer. Just be aware that if they tell you they will give your money back they won't. Constantly out of ingredients; taking peoples' money. Never returning here again.
That worker Anthony from today made my day. He made my drink perfectly and fast. He was so polite to me. I love coming here whenever I get the chance because my drinks always come out amazing. I will continue coming!

I went in yesterday and i forgot to leave a review, but i can’t stop thinking about that smoothie i had, it was so good. The perosn that attended me was extremely nice, i belive his name was anthony, i hope he attends every time i go because with a doubt i’ll be going back.
