“I have been going to Ying's Cafe for about 2 months now and I have tried numerous things on their menu, have eaten in their Cafe and had delivery, best Chinese food ever!!! Delivery is always early, delivered hot, egg rolls, soup, fried rice and main course 😋 I used to live in Reno, Nevada, had my favorite place and I thought that was good, no comparison to Ying's and my favorite is their combination, Chicken, Shrimp, BBQ Beef, Beef in their Egg Foo Young 😋“

“It's always a delight to stop by and have dinner here. Food is consistently scrumptious. Love you can sit in the back at the chefs table and feel the magic of the kitchen. “When I switched jobs and started working in a different city I had searched for traditional Vietnamese Pho similar to the place I frequented in Carrollton. I have now been to several pho restaurants in this area but HOP is the best hands down. The soups are absolutely amazing, but my favorite is the brisket. Egg rolls are amazing too when I have a big enough appetite to eat those and soup. This place has now been a weekly staple for me. Highly recommend!“

“Very good food. Egg rolls were fresh, hot and delicious. My pho was so good, too! So much flavor. Husband had the chicken vegetable soup and it was delicious as well. Definitely going back!“
