I know I order a boring drink. I get the same drink anytime I buy from Starbucks, so I’m quite familiar with the cost, taste, and how it’s supposed to look. I asked for extra whip cream for my tall mocha frappuccino. The cashier said that they were out of their dome lids, so I would actually receive less whip topping than I would normally get. I then, politely suggested she could put the correct measurement of a tall order and put it in a larger cup so that way I could get the extra whipped topping. I specifically asked for no lid. She said she could do that. Then I received my order and it didn’t have the extra whip cream, nor was it in a larger cup and it had a lid when I asked not to have one. The person who made the drink literally ignored everything the cashier told them. I was upset, but I feel awkward asking anyone to fix it. It was not up to my standards nor Starbucks standards. I tried calling the location, but no one answered. What a waste of $6.

Rude blonde guy with glasses who filled my drink 3/4 the way up. I don't know if you can fill it up, but when I asked he didn't. He just filled it with more ice and caramel. It was already overflowing with ice, and i ordered it light ice. I just wanted caffeine on my break from a 12hr shift in fast food. I would name drop if I knew who it was. Inside it was completely empty he could've done it right the first time.

I'm sorry but in my opinion coffee shop isn't a coffee shop if you can't order a coffee hot or iced or Blended and ask for a added hot shot and be told they can't add anything

They didn't do my drink correct I ask for refresher dragon fruit and ask no ice they still mess up I told lady 2 times she still give me cup half of drink when was larger drink she fill it half Thur cup I didn't want say anything beacuse she already had bad face and she give me cup on bad way I ask her nice but then she tells me she can't fill that how is measuring it is half I have order all times same way no ice they still give me cup full drink I pay 8 for it in is not worth it I waste money and time I never coming back again here
