If you want to come here, be ready to be ignored yet. Stared at. The management is terrible. They just stare at you. Don't even speak. Whether you're picking up your own order, picking up a third party order or trying to place an order, not on the kiosk. They then sit there and watch their employees struggle with multiple orders while others are just being lazy. It is absolutely insane because this is exactly how you lose dedicated workers by management being terrible. And this is not my first time in there. Went in the evening 2/26. Two women were working. They got the food right and weren't rude or exceptionally polite. Now look, they forgot any sauce. It's a poor look. It makes them look lazy. Can't you verify everything including hot sauce is in the order?

I come to this location 3-5 times a week and used to love it!!! Unfortunately now I don't want to come back anymore bc Everytime I come in one of their employees who is off duty shows up and is loud and obnoxious to the point where I can't finish my food it's an African gentlemen in his 40s and today I heard him scream that he was hungover on top of shouting the entire time. Honestly the fact that he is showing up to work when he is off duty drunk explains his repulsively obnoxious behavior. If this isn't fixed I'm not coming back

I dont know whats going on with this location lately. Ever since they hired a new staff the food has been some of the worst quality ive gotten anywhere. This is the 3rd time Ive gotten flatbread tacos that looked like someone punched them after wrapping them. sauce everywhere spattered all over the wrapper and outside of the tortilla. this time i got a crunchwrap that had no "crunch" (taco shell inside), no cheese, and had a huge opening in the middle so everything can spill out.
Went to this particular Taco Bell on my way home from work and the Taco and Chalupa tasted like it had been sitting a while and they just put the whole thing in the microwave to heat it up as the shell was no longer crispy and fresh

Although the food is consistent with Taco Bell Restaurants (warm and edible), the service was a bit cold. Employee asked if we were ready to order, in which we replied that we were indeed ready. She then nonchalantly pointed to the kiosk and instructed us to use that instead, then proceeded to walk away without so much as a smile. It seems that good customer service is truly a rarity these days. A positive note is that our food came out quickly and was actually correct.
Website says they close at 3:30 am. Said they were closed at 11:45. Every time I go to this Taco Bell my order is wrong. Employee was a male who answered the phone at 12:03am on 12/21 and hung up on us

Ordered from this location through their app, DoorDash is the courier for their deliveries. TWICE they let people walk out with my order. I know because I had both dashers pull up to show they didn’t have it. They won’t answer the phone to resolve any issue either.

Hung up on me twice when I tried to place an order. Did I mention when I order my food that it is wrong every single time? I will be driving 10+ minutes out of my way now to go to the North Tarrant & Beach Location. In my opinion, just lazy employees that work in Watauga off Rufe Snow.
