Originally from Southern California this spot is just as good as back home! My wife got 2 carne asada tacos, an horchata, and we shared some surf and turf fries (I subbed the asada for adobada which is marinated pork) and the food was AMAZING!!!!

FAST, omg! Delicious too! First time going today with my family and we’ll be going back. The shredded beef chimichanga, carne asada street tacos, vaquero burrito, rolled tacos, literally EVERYTHING we ordered was super tasty. Great work to whoever is in that kitchen!!

Almost everything about my visit to Vaqueros was five star, even though I didn't really care for the particular burrito option that I ordered.
I went in craving a typical breakfast burrito (eggs, potatoes, and some selection of meat), but ended up going with the machaca out of curiosity.
The flavor was good and it was fresh tasting and filling-a little too filling.
This burrito is 95% meat, maybe 3% onions and peppers, and the rest is cheese....
