We ended up at this location on Christmas day after a last minute change of plans. This was a great experience for our family. The restaurant was super clean (including the bathrooms), the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we left with happy bellies! The staff seems to genuinely enjoying working here and with one another, which is refreshing to see. Highly recommend this location!

Waffle House is always a winner! The service is consistently great, whether I’m dining in or grabbing food to go. My go-to is the All-Star Special with a blueberry waffle, bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, and hashbrowns loaded with chili and cheese—it hits the spot every time. The food is always fresh, and you can’t beat the classic diner vibe. Five stars for the great food, friendly service, and reliable experience!

Our first time trying waffle house. I honestly didn't expect much lol walked in asked the guy if he happen to know the wait time. He's said I don't know, if you want to wait you can and if not then don't. I we left lol say it louder that you don't want people there

Her experience there was an excellent experience. I would love to give you five stars however we lost an item. And we didn't realize it until several days later that we might have left it there at the waffle house and there's no way to get ahold of anybody there because the phone number that you give on the website leaves us with a way to you tell us how to place an order and directions on how to do that but there's no one that you can physically talk to and I think that that is for customer service and for the frustration of that alone I give you for overall stars but for the food and service and atmosphere I give you five individual Stars

Waffle House has always been one of my favorite treats to myself, from my party days at the Midnight Rodeo in Amarillo to special breakfasts with my son before big days at school here in Fort Worth. Today, was my first visit to your Watauga location as I had dropped my kiddo off at school and was waiting to go back for his Apex Fun Run and this team stood out in a big way. I was cheerfully greeted with a "Good Morning" by the whole crew upon entering probably the cleanest and best maintained location I've been in to date. I sat at the counter and Lisa (I knew when I saw the 1985 on her name tag I was in for a treat!), immediately greeted me and was ready to take down my off-menu order that every WH is willing to make for me when I come. My Sausage Egg and Cheese Whole Patty Omelette with Double Hashbrowns, scattered, smothered, double covered, chunked and capped was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Coffee was hot and fresh, and never less than half full. Patrick, Cameron, Elaine and Lisa each stopped by at least once while I was there to see if there was anything I needed. I also heard them around me interacting with the other patrons, giving the same world class service. No one had to wait for anything. In 30 years of being a Waffle House junkie, this is now my absolute favoriteexperience. Being in the restaurant business myself for 20 years, the last fifteen as a Professional Chef, experiences like these make my culinary heart smile. Great job, team! My family and I will be back soon and often!!!

Waffle house was absolutely hitting it out the park when we visited. Everyone working behind the counter was super nice and smiling, multiple staff members complimented my hair, all in all this was the best most friendly team I've ever encountered at a waffle house, and they obviously care about the food they cook. The plates were presented and the food was pretty not just slopped on there. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
